Sometimes, a color correction is less about adding brightness and more about making brightness more intentional. Claire came to me with a routine of doing an extremely light, low dimension highlight along her part line with a lot of banding and natural color in the underneath.

In this color, we added dimension and depth by adding lowlights alongside touching up her highlights. We then color melted her close to her natural color with a demi-permanent color and re-toned her blonde to be softer, more natural and effortless.

The shift from high impact blonding to lived in blonding will take her maintenance from highlighting every 6 weeks +/- to touching up her blonde every 3 or 4 months. taken in Westchester County by @nickyhags

This one is for Brenden ❤️ @bdelbenehair

When we took on “Happily Ever After,” we didn’t want the fairytale version. We wanted Wuthering Heights.

Cathy chooses Edgar - the safe choice, the one that looks like happily ever after through rose colored glasses. But her heart never really lets go of Heathcliff. We wanted to show that tension between the soft, perfect, romanticized surface and something rawer breaking through underneath. A wedding isn’t the ending. It’s only the beginning, and what you see depends on which lens you’re looking through.

So we built a wedding gown made entirely of hair: soft, beautiful and a little bit wild. Brenden walked out and brought every bit of it to life. The grace, the drama, the glance over those glasses… you didn’t just model this look, you told the whole story with it. We couldn’t have asked for a better Cathy.
And the sweetest part? One of the hands that participated with our vision belonged to Brenden’s real-life fiancé, our own stylist @nickyhags.💍

🏆 1st Place @thebeautyparlor_ny 🏆

Was thrilled to be representing TBP with @bdelbenehair @jessica.kachmar and @paintedbyjosephine for our interpretation of Wuthering Heights for @hvhairdressersdiscoball . Our Hair Dress is made of 25 packs of human hair extensions for the skirt and 15 packs of braiding hair for the corset.

It took 12 stylists coloring, drying, curling and teasing with 2 make up artists to bring our fairytale to life

1 Image Architect (@john_guaragna) helped coordinate how we would showcase our vision and @stevenschaubhair helped model that vision alongside Brenden and I
