Hey Ready Strong Fam,

I want to share some personal news. I am getting married this weekend! My Fiance and I are very excited 🎉🥳👏🎊🍾

We are still operating as normal, deliveries and pickups Sunday, Monday and Wednesday - nothing changes on your end.

Santy (our driver who most of you know) will be handling my day to day responsibilities so if you have any questions, please email him. He will be on my out of office reply.

Thank you for all your support over the years!!!! taken in Jersey City, New Jersey by @nickymatz

Episode 180 — Why Systems Beat Passion Every Time
with Nick Mattia

Passion got you into this business.

But passion is also the thing that keeps you trapped in it.

Most restaurant owners don’t fail because they don’t care enough.

They fail because they CARE TOO MUCH and refuse to build systems that replace them.

Nick Mattia lived it.

He entered the restaurant game with drive, heart, and just enough knowledge to be dangerous.

The harder he worked, the more chained he became to the business.

Long hours.
Constant stress.
Always needed.
Never free.

Until he learned the truth most owners don’t want to hear:

Passion doesn’t scale.
SYSTEMS DO.

In this episode, Nick breaks down how the TRC Method frameworks helped him step out of operator mode, rebuild his business the right way, and finally experience freedom without the fear of everything falling apart.

This is the episode for every owner who’s exhausted, overworked, and secretly afraid to step away.

You don’t need more motivation.

You need a structure that works without you.

Episode 62 of the Intrepidus Podcast is officially LIVE.

Sat down with my guy @nickymatz , founder of @readystrongmeals , and we went deep on what really separates entrepreneurs who win from entrepreneurs who stay stuck.

People say “Jack of all trades, master of none.” But mastery is the separator. Depth wins. Focus wins. Execution wins.

This episode breaks down how Nicky built his momentum, why specialization matters more today than ever, and what actually happens when you stop dabbling and go all in on what you’re meant to do.

If you’re building something… if you’re grinding… if you’re trying to level up… this one’s going to hit hard.
