Prague, you were amazing and just the break I needed. Could have done without the heatwave and 30-degree temperatures, though. I'll be back to explore more soon.

Tourist in my hometown for a few days earlier in the week. Was good to wander about in the sunshine.

This isn't something I normally post about, but awareness should be raised.

Several weeks ago at my local hospital, I was reflecting on how it has been part of my life for half my life. Nobody would choose that. They have seen me at my worst and my best, and I've experienced every emotion possible due to crohns.

I may look well. However, a carrier bag of medication, injections delivered, and sharps bin the house. It takes a lot to keep me that way, and I still have many days where I don't feel great. However, the most important lesson this condition has taught me is to enjoy the good times and live spontaneous life.

I feel like these should be available all year round and not just a Christmas. However, I've also eaten the full pack 🙈 so maybe it's best that they aren't.

Beautiful Sunday for a walk. Sometimes, getting out early is the best.
