I wish I could relive this moment over and over again. Yesterday was the best day ever!!

Nikolai and I had plans to get dinner with my bestie, Wella. Nikolai had excused himself from the hotel lobby bar because his stomach “hurt”….little did I know, he was just stepping outside to prepare for this.

Not all boys become men. It’s not a title you earn overnight! As always, this is just my opinion.

I feel as though the past week of the media cycle is a HUGE reminder of this. The Cornell Seven case has me SICK to my stomach.

The LONG overdue Upper East Side apartment tour 🤍

This place truly took a “vision” but it had the most amazing bones to work with. After 3 months, we are feeling pretty settled into it!

We genuinely could not have done this move without @expresshaulersmovers — not only did they make our across town AND UPtown move easy, but they managed to deal with a super narrow and steep staircase🙈 I call this the cheetah print staircase of doom lol. You can use code NICOLE to get a discount on your next move with them.

Go go go, that’s my mindset and schedule right now😂

Amara and I are so hard at work on @enajhealth right now. We’re at the point where we need a tiny bit of engineering help in order to get this platform in your hands. So we’re battling the decision of “continue to bootstrap vs fund a little.”

On top of that, I’m PLANNING A WEDDING!! Help me😂

NOTHING has changed my body as fast and as drastically as @tracyandersonmethod @tracyandersonstudio 🙌🏻

I’m approaching my one year anniversary as an online studio member, so I wanted to share my experience. Since joining in late October of 2025…

- I’ve dropped a pant size
- toned my arms (something I’ve always struggled with)
- fixed my hip and lower back issues
- slimmed down my stomach and consistently can maintain a flat tummy
- healed the majority of my bladder issues
- overall have become significantly less ‘swollen’ and ‘puffy’
- and most importantly…decreased my anxiety levels!!

People can say what they want about this method, but the results don’t lie!! I HIGHLY encourage you to try their Online Studio; they offer a free trial 🤍

Your ‘forever love story’ would not start with a chapter like this🤍

People really resonated with the post I made a few weeks ago about leaving a toxic guy and finding the healthy man. So I thought I’d expand a bit on the mindset that helped me do so.

I’m always here to chat in my DM’s, xoxo

Bladder problems anyone? I posted this on TT this morning and immediately had people DMing me. I think I’ll have to do a separate video about this!

People loveee to hate on @tracyandersonmethod but in under a year, it has TRANSFORMED my body inside and out🤷‍♀️

If you don’t live near a studio, I frequently use the Online Studio and LOVE IT!! Go give it a try!
