For me, it’s never really been about building the perfect routine. It’s just about finding the things that make me feel good and doing them more often. One thing that’s really helped is thinking less about the habit itself and more about the kind of person I want to be. Instead of saying, “I need to go for a walk,” I think, “I’m someone who starts the day with movement.” That mindset makes it a whole lot easier to keep showing up. by @nicnow_
