Okay folks, the wait is over! I’ve been sitting on this for a while now but it’s time to let her loose.If you’re ready to really take your health into your own hands, prevention is key. The pH Reset is a relaunched version of the Niacin Detox Program we did back in 2021. We have remodeled it to accommodate more flexibility and it will be overseen by myself and Nick Dawe at pH Clinic. Huge revelation… my pain was a manifestation of emotional constipation… long story short, I was in avoidance, I was holding on and trying to control reality instead of trusting the nudges and constant evolution of life! I tell you whats crazy… pain… not the sensation itself although that is also pretty wild when you look at how it’s created in the brain. But the fact that it is literally a gateway back into yourself.I don’t believe the body makes mistakes, sure there are software glitches but its all manipulatable and I believe every symptom, diagnosis and niggle is a message, sometimes coded or encrypted in trauma or emotional baggage and sometimes physical injury but almost always a combination of both. This past week I have been on holidays with my beautiful little family up at mum and dad’s farm in Forster. A week of nature and slow days, cruising on the lake, dinner round the fire, stories, card games, star gazing and sunrise teas. The irony is, during the entire break and still to this day, I have been plagued with this insane nerve pain from my jaw, neck, shoulder to my elbow, forearm and wrist. And I know what you’re thinking, “oh nick will just fix that for you, he fixes everyone” and yes, he is a wizard with the body and he has helped me heaps but im kinda like his kryptonite (reference superman if that didn’t land) and so although he has helped ease the pain for a hour here or there, it remained and still remains. I know this pain is only a reminder for me to get back into my body, to reinstate whats important, health rituals, self care, stillness, movement and nervous system support. It’s the right side which is the masculine and it’s literally like the nerves are gripping to the bone in desperation.. I have no limitation with range of movement, just immense discomfort day and night. No position relieves the pain and pain killers are not in my desired tool kit so I’e just been sitting with it……(Continued in comments) by @nicolajohnson

At our live water event we tested a bunch of different water sources using an ORP meter, that’s Oxidation Reduction Potential, the measurement that tells you whether your water is donating electrons to your body or stealing them.My sister’s tank water came back at +550mV.For context:Tap water usually sits around +200 to +400mV.Bottled water? +150 to +400mV.Powerade?
