A week of fresh perspectives, meaningful conversations and connections that reach far beyond borders. 🌎

One of my biggest takeaways from this year’s @SothebysRealty GNE is that while our industry continues to evolve with new technology and AI, the foundation of great real estate will always be human connection.

The opportunity to collaborate alongside exceptional advisors from around the world is what makes this network so valuable.

For me, real estate has always been about relationships built on trust, local expertise and a global perspective. This week was a wonderful reminder of why that matters.

Thank you to everyone who made this gathering so inspiring. Looking forward to what we’ll create together.

An unforgettable start to an extraordinary week in San Francisco ✨
A wonderful welcome at @sfmoma, surrounded by inspiring people, art and the energy of a city that bridges heritage and innovation.
What makes @SothebysRealty so special goes beyond exceptional properties. It’s the people, the relationships and the shared passion for connecting clients with places they can call home. 🤍

✨ SOLD ✨
Patience won this game. 🏡
A beautiful waterfront Wellington home; a full-ask offer, and an all-cash deal. Sometimes, the best results come from staying patient, trusting the process, and knowing when the right opportunity has arrived.
I’m thrilled to see this one come together and grateful for the trust that made it possible. Another reminder that in real estate, timing matters — but strategy and patience can make all the difference.

Thinking about buying or selling in Wellington? Let’s talk about the best strategy and plan for you.

Six months of you, our sweet boy. 🤍

Six months of the biggest joy, the sweetest giggles, and that happy little smile that melts us every single time.

When you made your entrance into this world, my life was forever changed.
It’s the kind of love that has no words, it’s the kind of love that can’t be explained. And in this lifetime and the next, and all that will surely follow, I hope you never, for a single second, forget how loved you are. How it is love, always love, that will guide you from one space to the next. That you are beyond capable of actualising your dreams and anything you put your clever mind to. That you are a gift to this chaotic world, a piece of the puzzle; far greater than you could imagine. You need not be anyone you do not wish to be. You need not be afraid to make mistakes, to feel, to show this world what it means to be you in all your entirety.

It’s hard to grasp how quickly these six months have gone. Somehow, in such a short time, you’ve grown and changed so much, and we find ourselves wanting to slow it all down just a little.
And yet, we’re so excited for all that lies ahead — for the adventures, the places, the people, and all the little moments we’ll get to experience together.

You have brought more love, laughter, and joy into our lives than we ever knew was possible. We love watching you discover the world, and we feel so lucky that we get to be the ones beside you for it all. We love you more than we could ever put into words, more with every passing day. ♥️ by @nicoldramsay
