My giiiirl!!

Proud of her this weekend! She was aggressive at the plate, collected 12 more strikeouts on the mound and stayed loud on the field cheering on her girls. May not have been the outcome they wanted, but I hope she’s proud of herself, because I know her dad and I are 🫶🏼

How bad is it bothering all you runners that my mileage is at 11.97 instead of 12?!

I stopped after my last interval was over because that’s what my workout had me doing for today 🤷🏼‍♀️ but don’t worry… I walked for a little bit after and stopped an an even number!

Upper body + easy miles = a pretty solid kind of day 💪🏃‍♀️

Not every lift needs to be a PR. Not every run needs to be fast. And not every workout needs to leave you questioning your life choices. 😂
