What a crazy start to the year! I’m choosing to focus on the wins and stay motivated through the challenges.

So many people behind the scenes have carried me through this new season of my life. It’s been hectic, beautiful, scary, and exciting all at the same time.

One day, it will all make sense - and it will all be worth it. ✨🤞🏽

Execution is the real currency of influence, not the idea, and @nicole.maweni made that clear on Founder's Desk with @tami_ruschin.

As founder and Managing Director of @opengalleryagency, Nicole pulls back the curtain on what talent management actually looks like, the rate cards, the road management and the quiet work of advocating for a creator while still holding them accountable to the brief.

Her final advice says it all. Do it afraid, because the plunge is where the potential shows up.

The episode is live now. Link in bio.
