Hi my name is Nicole. I have lost 40 pounds on zepbound and I am training for my very first HALF MARATHON while balancing being a mom, wife, and full time psych nurse.
This weight loss has allowed me and my body to do things I could have never imagined a year ago. This training is ALMOST the hardest thing I’ve done and I just keep telling myself “I can do hard things” by @nicole.singer18

Poor picture quality plus dirty laundry BUT when was the last time I posted a full body pic of myself?
It’s been YEARSSS, atleast 3.5
ASHAMED is an understatement. For years I turned down get togethers, friend dates etc due to my weight and being so ashamed and uncomfortable. Even if I did get together with old friends I found myself “warning” them of my weight gain (how sad) so they would be prepared and not shocked.
I wish I could say that I put in a shit ton of work and did this on my own. The truth is I tried for years. It was almost impossible being on the hormonal birth control I am on.
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be “just another person” on glp1. But it was my last option and man am I happy I did it.
Am I scared that one day I will have to go off and gain all the weight back and lose every ounce of confidence again.,.absolutely.
But for now…here’s me. by @nicole.singer18

Sam and I met at 3 years old. We’ve been inseparable since. Not even a move to Texas can separate us. From losing teeth at second grade school dances to drinking in Cancun.
This girls trip was everything we have both needed and it won’t be our last. We can truly say we have a lifetime of memories together. by @nicole.singer18

Remember back on Christmas Eve…dad was in a terrible accident. He tore almost every ligament in his knee which caused him a TON of pain on top of the arthritis he was experiencing already. At 66 they do not just fix ligaments. His ACL was completely ruptured, it almost felt like his knee wasn’t even connected.
He reallly had no options besides a total knee replacement.
I could not be more proud of my father. He’s never had any surgery. He was scared. Two weeks before the surgery he dreamed he died on the operating table. So thankful the surgery is over and he is recovering SOOOO WELL. I’m so proud ❤️❤️ it’s only ⬆️ from here. by @nicole.singer18
