We will smile when abusers are held accountable. by @nicole_bromley
Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life ✨ Just had a fun and meaningful film shoot today with @reculture.tv @johnnyreubonic @michellerigsby @cjcasciotta for a school curriculum on #abuse #relationships #mentalhealth #boundaries #yourvoicematters 💫 I read a letter I wrote to my *younger self* and that was probably even more healing for me than it will matter for the teens who watch it 😮‍💨 💜 something I’ve encouraged many survivors to do over the years but never did myself—until now! 😆 highly recommend 👌 when you’re ready 💞 by @nicole_bromley

3 live online group sessions = 1 incredible experience! The next 3 Tuesdays in September, journey with me and @megan_margherio in strengthening the relationship with the part of you that can notice, choose, reconsider, and respond. It is part of the ongoing practice of trauma healing where you get to be in a community of others who understand what you have carried, and where you get to remember that you are allowed to belong to yourself. Register for “Returning To Yourself” at iamonevoice.org/unleash Scholarship available, DM for details. by @nicole_bromley
I’m hosting a new online series this September for survivors: “RETURNING TO YOURSELF” A three-part embodied series for developing agency after trauma Trauma can disrupt our relationship with choice. It can normalize overriding our needs, questioning our instincts, or looking outside ourselves for permission to speak, move, rest, or simply exist. Returning to Yourself is a three-part, trauma-sensitive series designed to help us reconnect with our sense of choice, boundaries, and personal agency in the moment. Across three 90-minute sessions, we will explore: Choice… Reconnecting with the understanding that your participation, attention, movement, and rest belong to you. Boundaries… Practicing moving toward what matters to you, moving away from what no longer serves you, pausing to consider your options, and allowing space to change your mind. Agency… Building a present-day relationship with preference, voice, and self-trust. Each session will include a thoughtful blend of education, movement, guided meditation, breathwork, creativity, reflection, and choice-based practices. This series is in collaboration with trauma informed embodiment coach Megan Margherio (check her interview out in the latest OneVOICE podcast!) and is all about strengthening the relationship with the part of you that can notice, choose, reconsider, and respond. It is part of the ongoing practice in remembering that you are allowed to belong to yourself. More info at iamonevoice.org/unleash by @nicole_bromley
New OneVOICE podcast episode is available to stream on your podcast app! “Joy, Self-Trust, and Learning to Let Life All The Way In” Through raw conversations with her younger selves, Megan Margherio invites us into the messy, real-time process of healing and reclaiming safety, worthiness, and her voice in her memoir Everwoven. She says, “This book is both a reckoning with the versions of me I repeatedly abandoned along the way and a reclamation of my identity. It is the story of recognizing that what felt like personal failure was often a survival adaptation. It is my way of honoring the versions of me that were forced to stay silent and the version I am today that is learning how to live beyond it all.” Tune in as Megan and I discuss joy, self-trust, healing modalities, parenting, and everything in between. by @nicole_bromley
All are welcome on 7/7 as I’m joining these voices and my girl @achearedd for a thoughtful panel dialogue about identity, healing, and reclaiming your story. by @nicole_bromley
New OneVOICE podcast episode…. “I Just Need A Mom!” Special Guest: Elizabeth Berget joins us to discuss her recently released book “Love Like A Mother: How The Sacred Work of Motherhood Reveals the Maternal Heart of God” by @nicole_bromley
