As most of you know I became an Incomplete Paraplegic in July 2021.
My recovery and the many things that I learnt I shared on posts at that time, as I hoped that could help others in challenging times.
I think that unfortunately people accept a health diagnosis as gospel, and forget that they have the ability to change their story if it’s something that they are prepared to do both the internal and external work.
My rehabilitation was going really well, but then unfortunately last year due to a medical misdiagnosis I ended up with a bit of a ‘stuffed’ knee - Just a few words in the MRI Report were a ‘chronically torn and desiccated medial meniscus horn’, a ‘chronically torn lateral meniscus horn’, severe compartmental osteoarthritis throughout’, ‘full thickness chondral loss on all weightbearing joints’ - This means that I have no cartilage left and that my only option in the standard medical field was to have a full knee replacement.
I’m not sure if it’s my character of highly disliking not being told what to do 😂or the fact that I always trust and believe that everything will work out for me, and I was not accepting of basically having my leg cut in two, having a titanium object permanently in my body (the medical terminology is ‘that it is thought to be safe’🙄)
Something that I have learnt on this extreme journey is that you ‘must be your own advocate’.
I’ve never posted one thing about this condition, because at that particular point I hadn’t worked out how to change this situation.
After many hours reading published medical documents on Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Therapy I had my answer.💡
In my research some of the many benefits I found were that these stem cells can be harvested into bone and cartilage!! Woo hoo, I was making ground. Then I came across studies of how the intravenous stem cell therapy can reverse conditions left from spinal cord injury.🙏
In Australia this is not yet approved (along side with many things that can save peoples lives, and also improve the quality of life through regenerative medicine.)
Today I am having a double knee stem cell transplant, and tomorrow I am having a full body intravenous stem cell transplant. taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @nicole_brydson

What’s your happiness ?
For me it’s being able to reconnect with myself that then allows everything else in my life to flow.
I met the lovely @rachelscoltockangelmedium through my most cherished friend @evetterm1234 a month or so ago at @thebotanica.vaucluse.
I connected with Rachel instantly through having some similar experiences, and while I’ve been laying by the pool reading her book I’ve been inundated with magical synchronicities on my holiday.
Each time I have asked for a sign of confirmation I’ve received it.✨🙏 taken in Malamala Beach Club Fiji by @nicole_brydson

Happy Fathers Day to my Incredible Dad🌻🌻🌻
Fathers are there to teach & nurture us and I am beyond blessed to have a beautiful man that did this, not only for me but for my children💛
Today unravelled in such an authentic way.✨
We actually kind of forgot that it was Fathers Day until we were lying around the pool in Fiji & heard a lady call her Dad to wish him Happy Fathers Day, what happened after that was magical🪄
When I got out of the pool I had a Beautiful Yellow Butterfly that had a bright yellow lining on the circumference of its wings follow me, it then did a circle around my head (one of mine & my Dads signs to show that he was close by was to have a butterfly fly around my head 🦋)
Then soon after that my Mum had this beautiful picture of him in the sunflowers that was taken on this day five years ago come up on her phone that covered the entire screen (my Dads calling number is 5)💛
Then when I was leaving the beach sun lounge I saw some people leave their sun beds, I had an overwhelming feeling that they had left something behind and that I needed to check so that I could give it to them - however there was nothing left but a frangipani ✨(the flowers that are in abundance at my parents are frangipanis and they spill over from their garden to the grass outside)
Tonight when the sun was setting it lit up in a beautiful sphere of yellow
Tonight Mum, Lilly, myself & my Dad in spirit had a beautiful dinner at Marvau at The Hilton Fiji - The cheesecake was then yellow too 🍰
The colour means happiness, hope & spontaneity - thank you to my Dad for coming through so strong today with these beautiful blessings🙏

The Lion’s Gate Portal is open from 28th July to 12th August.
Today the 8th of the 8th is the most powerful day.
The powerful alignment between the Sun, Sirius & the earth releases a powerful stream of light to earth.
This light can be used to manifest the life you want, if it’s followed through with clear vision of it, it also has incredible healing powers.
I only was made aware of The Lions Gate this year and then tonight when I was reading more about it, it dawned on me that I was paralysed during this time and started moving on the 9th of August I was blown away.
I was paralysed on the 30th July (3 days into The Portal.
Once I was out of ICU on the 4th August I was spending hours per day manifesting my recovery.
I would spend an hour per morning closing my eyes as meditating. (I hadn’t really done meditation or manifesting before to this degree but I just somehow did it !)
During my meditation I was visualising myself walking around Bondi, just living like I did before, going to the gym, collecting a frangipani from the ground and putting it in my hair, chatting to friends etc.
I gave no energy at all to the paralysis, just to my goal.
I would spray my legs with @resonate_essences saying the mantras and a truly believed every word.
I would speak to my legs and say that this is just a stage and that this is just the journey to begin walking again.
Tonight when I looked at the date of The Lion’s Gate Portal and what happened directly after the 8th of the 8th, I started moving ! I am a true believer of this magical time.
I was able to heal myself because of my total belief, so use this time wisely if you set an intention you must see yourself and speak to yourself like you’re already there.
So take a moment tonight to close your eyes, ground and centre yourself and ask for the healing, success, what ever it is that you see as your happiness.
.
For more information on this check out @rachelscoltockangelmedium who I had the pleasure of attending an evening @thebotanica.vaucluse held by @evetterm1234 and @paulwilliams.official the beautiful picture is also from Rachel’s website.

Congratulations to Jack 👏👏👏
.
Today Jack graduated from UTS with a Bachelor Of Business Double Major In Marketing & Human Resources.
.
I’m so truly proud of him as it’s been a little bit of a roller coaster ride, as when the ‘health epidemic happened 🙄’ he deferred, as like everyone he thought it wasn’t going to be too long and wanted to have the experience of on canvas learning.
.
After it became obvious that this situation wasn’t changing for a while he then went to online learning.
.
Luckily he was able to finish his degree in the classroom.
.
During this time he has held many jobs, The Marketing Manager at The Agincourt Hotel & now The Fortune Of War Hotel.
.
He also DJ’s at many clubs in the city too.
.
I know this is a proud Mum spiel, but I really am.
.
So proud of you @_j_egan_ I love you so much. Xxxxxxxx

My two girls😍😍
.
Beautiful Miss Elsie came to us via @willowtreesanctuary 🙌🙌🙌
.
She came from very horrific living conditions 😢
.
She was then in the pound for 6 weeks and was just about to be put down.
.
Luckily Lilly’s friend Holly was on the
books of @willowtreesanctuary as a foster home for dogs needing an urgent placement.
.
When we got Elsie she couldn’t even look at people and if she saw a man her body would shake.
.
There is no magic formula that got her to where she is now, it consisted of love, love, love.
.
Elsie is now thriving !! As everyone that goes to @beachfitbondi knows that she is the dog that hangs on the lounge @beachfitbondi
.
She is so incredible and we all love her dearly.
.
Being a foster carer for @willowtreesanctuary means that beautiful souls like Elsie live, and then find their forever home.
.
If you would like to help this amazing organisation save more lives please contact them and register as a foster cater. On another note if you do decide that you would like to adopt the dog that you foster you have first preference.
.
I am absolutely in awe of Elsie, from where she has come from she demonstrates nothing negative, she has never barked or shown any aggression towards humans or animals. The only thing that we have to work on is trust, and that is going fabulously.
.
On another note I think that most people knew that I became a paraplegic in July 2021, I progressed incredibly and then I felt like I was stuck.
.
Because I still walked with a crutch I still felt like a paraplegic.
.
7 weeks ago I stopped walking with my crutch, the reason that inspired me to do this was because I needed to get stronger because I want to walk with Elsie.
.
Else knows that @lillyegan_ is her Mumma, she adores her so much, and I’m very proud to be the Grandma and spirit guide to this beautiful soul.🐶☀️
.
If you would like to know more information or be involved in this amazing work that @willowtreesanctuary are doing please quote NicoleBondi.

Congratulations to Tyler.🎓🫶
.
Not only has Tyler graduated from Bond University with his Business Degree, he did everything by himself.🙌
.
He moved to Queensland on his adventure of learning and of experiencing everything that life involves, as a young adult eager to make his own way and mark on the world.
.
My admiration for Tyler is well known, and extremely well deserved.
.
I’m so very proud of him as a person, he is a ‘doer’ he is a young man of action and integrity, if he decides that he is doing something he is all in and prepared to work hard to make it happen.
.
There is a saying that I have shared with Tyler before and that’s:-
.
‘Have you ever met someone who is sunshine in human form?’ and that is Tyler.☀️💛🌟
.
When Tyler brought up the subject with me of moving to Queensland to study at Bond University internally I was thinking ‘No ! as his kindhearted and selfless nature makes him a truly special person to be around, but then of course I said that it sounds like a fantastic opportunity to live his life of passion and adventure.
.
He has now moved on to his next adventure, continuing even further up the coast to Airlie Beach to work on the boats that cruise the Whitsundays.⛵️🛳️🏝️🤿☀️
.
Well done Tyler !! You are AMAZING and I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.💖💖💖

When I was told that I may not be able to walk again I said to myself “Yes you can” and I did.
I haven’t actually thought about running the entire time of my journey too much.
I used to compete in running & 10kms was my speciality and I ran it in around 38 minutes.
I also ran most mornings for years. When I had a baby I bought a jogging pram and then when I had more children I bought a double jogging pram, with the two chariot seats for the first two to wake up. Moving to Bondi I ran soft sand & then over the next few years not so regularly, but when I got ‘that feeling’ I was off, (so running was my ‘thing’ for a long time.
To backtrack slightly, when I found myself in the situation of being a paraplegic I somehow had a perfect program downloaded to me on exactly what to do to allow myself to have the ability to heal myself and orchestrate a program that has had very well respected Psychologists ask me what degrees that I’ve done to come up with this program for myself…. (none)
What I did do was to make the decision that I would walk again.
Then I watched my intentions climb up into the sky like the strong vine in ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’.
From that time I knew that it’s a ‘done deal’ and all I now needed to do was to wake up everyday, being grateful and working as hard as I could.
One thing that I now find interesting was that from the day I had this whole epiphany (day 2 out of being in ICU) for 2 week,) I’ve never actually felt so sure of anything in my life.
One day I asked the nurses if they could bring a special ‘lounge wheelchair’ into my room as I had a massive glass window that faced east and was a perfect sun trap.
I asked the nurses if they could pull my beautiful pyjamas up so that I could tan.
I remember being actually so incredibly happy, I was so relaxed. A nurse came in & asked me why I was so happy all of the time, when I asked her what did she mean she said look at what’s happened to you…. I said with not a doubt in my mind, and nearly thinking this nurse was crazy to even question me “Oh I’m fine, I’m going to walk again”,.. now I have that same amazing feeling and I’m pleased to say that I will now run again x taken in Beachousebondi by @nicole_brydson
