I had my doubts that this one would actually make it to the closing table..but here we are !!🎉

This one almost sent me over the edge.. multiple times 🫡

I had a very loyal customer that trusted me over the past few years to help him find the perfect investment where he could rent part to pay his mortgage and downsize so he could travel more.. Enter this 100 year old cutie.. while the majority had been renovated there was old termite damage, chipping paint, a garage that looked like the next big guest of wind would send it sailing, leaky plumbing.. the list goes on! Many know those things DO NOT mix with a VA loan. We negotiated repairs for what felt like a month and then renegotiated MORE repairs when appraisal came back subject to..negotiated the garage being demolished.. physically went out and picked up broken glass, broken shingles, and paint chips from the yard the day before the appraiser came back out… and in the end after a handful of delays, we closed!!

I am so thrilled for our buyers new chapter and for his trust in me to get it done.. even though we both wanted to throw in the towel multiple times! by @nicole_schlaffer_

Our sweet Effie girl crossed the rainbow bridge today. After a short, aggressive fight with mammary cancer she is finally pain free. She was the sweetest, gentlest soul and such an important part of our family-we are so lucky that she chose us. We love and miss her deeply ❤️ #allcatsgotoheaven by @nicole_schlaffer_
