I’m a California girl who would rather be in London. I love Duffy & Friends and Beauty & the Beast. I read a lot of books and watch a lot of movies.

About one month left to see the Mary Blair exhibit at @napavalleymuseum. I didn’t see it when it was at the Walt Disney Museum last year, so I’m happy to get a second chance. I always love her art. Makes me nostalgic for classic Disney and Disneyland. #maryblair #napavalleymuseum #disney taken in Napa Valley Museum Yountville by @nicolebelleca

Thank you @theatrebayareasf and @thesfwarmemorial for hosting the free walking tour earlier this week of the Herbst Theatre, War Memorial Opera House, and Davies Symphony Hall. The guides were so nice and it was cool to go on stage ave see some behind the scenes spaces not usually open to the public. This was a tour as part of Bay Area Theater Week, but they said they will offer more in the future. I highly recommend it. #sanfrancisco taken in San Francisco, California by @nicolebelleca

I have been a big fan of @theartistshag for many years, and was happy that they were also featuring some of his Disney themed work at @muzeo! Also included in the regular ticket (along with the animation exhibit in my previous post). #muzeo #theartistshag #disney #anaheim by @nicolebelleca

Thursdays are free at @skirball_la, so went to check out the new comic exhibit yesterday called “Inventing America: The Comic Book Revolution”. Interesting look at the progression of comics and how they were inspired by and impacted by real life social and political events during the time. #skirballculturalcenter #comicbook taken in Skirball Cultural Center by @nicolebelleca

Went to see the Marilyn Monroe photo exhibit “A Silent Life” at the @peterfettermangallery in Santa Monica. If you’re in the area, it’s free and only on for a few more days until 9/5. Later this week I plan on also going to the Marilyn exhibit at The Academy Museum. #marilynmonroe #peterfettermangallery #losangeles taken in Peter Fetterman Gallery by @nicolebelleca
