Lately I’ve just been feeling really grateful for the life I have ✨

I truly love what I do and wouldn’t want to do anything else. Getting to help people find their forever homes, investment properties, or even just a temporary place during a new season of life is something I never take for granted. Every client, every showing, every conversation reminds me why I chose this career 🏡

Anytime I go back and work in the dental office from time to time, it reminds me how much real estate has changed my life and how telling certain jobs can be on your body physically and mentally. It makes me even more thankful that I get to spend my days touring beautiful homes from PSL all the way down to Boca, meeting amazing people, and building a career that gives me purpose.

One of the biggest blessings of all is the flexibility this career gives me to still spend quality time with my son, family, and friends because at the end of the day that’s what matters most to me 🫶🏼

Things have been a little hectic lately between moving and just life lifing, so my page has been a little quieter than usual when it comes to real estate content, but that’s definitely changing. I’m incredibly grateful for this life and everything that comes with it, and because of that I’m going all in. Full throttle. Giving my real estate career absolutely everything I’ve got!

If you’re a new real estate agent and you want closings in the next 90 days, simplify everything. I recently taught a class for agents on exactly how to to do this.

Here’s the formula:

1️⃣ Pick ONE lane:
1• Door knocking
2• Database outreach
3• Community events
4• Phone calls (circle prospecting, FSBO, expired)

Not all four. One.

2️⃣ Have 10 real estate conversations per day.
Not texts. Not likes. Conversations.

3️⃣ Track conversations, not dials.

4️⃣ Focus on listings. Listings shorten your income timeline.

5️⃣ Commit for 90 days. No switching strategies every two weeks.

One new agent who followed this signed 2 listings and had 1 closing in their first 90 days.

Why?

Because income in real estate is a lagging indicator.
✨What you do today shows up 30–90 days from now.

If you’re overwhelmed as a new agent, don’t buy more leads.
✨Don’t wait for the market.
✨Don’t overthink branding.

Have conversations.
