Girl… I know this isn’t how you thought your story would go. ❤️

Can you hear me out really quick?

There are A LOT of photographers and videographers who are sooooo dope! They are amazing at what they do and some I even admire.

One thing God has been showing me as I do ministry events is how much He moves in me and this is what I am called to do. Every single shot is directed by Holy Spirit. I want to capture His glory while not being a distraction.

I know this is my calling and fully embrace it.

When you hire me, you can expect every shot, every video, every edit to be led by Holy Spirit.

I am still in awe when watching the footage because I know it was only God who guided me. 🥺

To see freedom. To see breakthrough. To see pure worship. To see His Spirit flowing through others will never get old.

I am not the average photographer/videographer, I recognize am the Glory Catcher. 😩🙌🏽

Sis, separation and divorce can have you looking in the mirror wondering, “Where did I go?” You’re figuring out a life you didn’t plan for, carrying feelings you can’t always explain, and trying to hold it together when some days… you’re tired. 🥺

I understand. I’ve been there. ❤️

That’s why Still HER — A Restoration Portrait Experience means so much to me. It’s time we build healthy community with women who understand. Time to be encouraged, let somebody love on us, and give ourselves permission to smile again—even while we’re still healing. ❤️‍🩹

Your relationship status changed, but you are STILL HER. Still worthy of love. Still beautiful. Still deserving of joy. ♥️

A few years ago, during my separation, I started going to therapy. And whew… I learned some things about myself.

About my childhood. About the hurt I was carrying. About the things I needed to take accountability for. Some of those conversations were hard, but they changed my perspective. I started seeing myself differently. I truly began finding myself.

All that happened in between, stay locked in as I will be sharing more as the Lord leads.

Fast forward then came signing the divorce papers.

The sadness. The regret. The shame. The anger. Grieving a marriage and the future I thought we would have was an emotional roller coaster. It’s hard to explain until you’ve been there.

Fast forward to today, and I’m still healing. But I’m constantly reminded that I’m STILL HER. There is still so much life, love, purpose, and joy ahead of me.

Girl, this healing journey is HARD. Owning your part is hard. Starting over is hard. But getting to know yourself and learning to love her again? Worth it.

If you’re separated or divorced, I want to create community for you. Somewhere we can be honest, laugh, encourage each other, and show up exactly where we are.

Still HER — A Restoration Portrait Experience is the first of many things we’ll do together. I hope to see you on October 24. You don’t have to have it all together to come. ❤️
