I mean, what else is there to say about the genius of @anetherealfire ? I’m absolutely in love with this piece that he and @justicevan came up with the concept for (and somehow deemed me worthy enough to join in on the process?!)

Also shoutout to @opalmoondesigns for the bronze and black chainmail style cloaks I have layered, @thescarletthuntress for the stunning handmade corset and shoulder mantle, and @daisy_in_chains for the chainmail necklace I simply can’t stop wearing! 💜 by @nicolerieko

I didn’t get as many fit pictures at Wasteland this year because I spent more time behind the camera on the photo team! 💜 I’m still getting those pictures edited so it’ll be a little longer before I can post those but I wanted to share my ~fancy Friday~ outfit.

I made the skirt from a curtain I got at the thrift shop and made some fun little alterations to & I added the bits and bobs to the harness I’d gotten from a yard sale

I had an absolute blast at Pokemon Worlds this weekend 💜 I managed to collect four pins from the pin rally 😅 (iykyk), I tried out some side events for the first time with a little bit of PokemonGo battling, and of course had to get some pictures with Cosmog Pikachu (we love women in stem!)

It’s always so fun to get to be in a space where so many people are excited to embrace something that means so much to them (and has since childhood!) unashamedly 💜 we all need a little more childlike wonder and joy these days

@lojmasquerade night 2 (part 2) 🖤

I need to add “can do the Cupid Shuffle in chainmail” to my resume 🤔

I had to post some more of the fit pics because the chainmail that @ladyevilmetals made is just too good not to show off 😭🖤

Also the last two pictures are from the end of the night because I danced until they closed up that ballroom & unintentionally got a great cardio workout in that chainmail 😂 I have no regrets 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ by @nicolerieko

I got my pictures and promptly swapped the heels for my platform docs which were honestly a vibe too

I had planned on making something for this year (and got it mostly done) but it just wasn’t up to the standards I have for the things I made so I pooled my accumulated accessories and paired them with a black gown I found at goodwill earlier that day 🫡

Thank you again to @summergamefest for having me 💜

It was such an incredible experience to get to play through some exciting upcoming games and chat with the talented teams behind them.

Among the games I had the opportunity to test out and see previews of, I’m incredibly excited for Grave Seasons by @perfectgarbo — a farming simulator meets murder mystery game that I am already anxiously awaiting the release of (I fear I will lose many hours to it). I was grinning ear to ear while demoing it because it was so visually pleasing to look at and the original music for the game was so good!

I’m also super stoked for a new, open world puzzle game— Escape Academy 2 by @coincrewgames . I had scheduled my demo time for the end of the day so I was pretty tired when I got there, but this game was so good that my brain managed to lock in right away— that hour flew by before I knew it. I did my playthrough in single player mode but I can’t wait until the game comes out and I can badger my friends into playing co-op with me 👀👀

I also was fortunate enough to have the chance to see the demo for @amazongames upcoming Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and OH MY GOD, it is stunning. The graphics are crisp and gorgeous, the mechanics are smooth, and the storyline already has me hooked. I can’t believe I have to wait until next year for it 😭

Overall, I had an amazing time getting to meet so many incredibly talented and wonderful people. It truly was an absolute blast 💜 by @nicolerieko
