🧘🏻‍♀️⛰️🥾🐾🌹🇵🇪 Teaching at @samadhisacredvalley , Pumahuanca hike, & shopping at Pisac Market! Peru was the trip of a lifetime with beauty everywhere, and there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll remember it forever. This is what @yogasquaredakron retreats are all about. Yoga, of course, but also leaving space to immerse ourselves in local culture & landscape and time for connection 🫶🏼 I love planning retreats and hopefully I can do it for the rest of my life! Our 12th yoga retreat: Magic in the Mountains 🏔️🪄✨ One of the most immersive and beautiful yogic experiences we’ve had to date. We are so grateful for these special moments with the YS community. No camera could ever truly capture the majesty and beauty and connection we found in Peru but we hope this reel reminds us to soften, breathe, and find the rhythm. by @nicoleroseshell11

🇵🇪☕️🐒🪨🛝 Day 2 in Cusco! Another full and fun day in Peru! We started with coffee at @threemonkeyscoffee , a bucket list destination for me—so thankful my crew indulged me 🙏🏼 Then, we saw a parade and traveled uphill to Saqsaywaman and Q’enqo, archeological sites from the time of the Incas. We took in the beautiful stone fortress, did lots of exploring, saw more alpacas (!!!!!) and even got to slide down a natural rock slide weeeee! Then, spontaneous massages to unwind from the day 💆🏻‍♀️ and another fab Peruvian meal! Such a sunny spectacular day in Cusco! 🌞 getting closer to the start of our @yogasquaredakron retreat ☺️ by @nicoleroseshell11

🇵🇪🦙🌺🏫 Day 1 in Cusco! From our overnight flight to our hotel and then out exploring almost immediately! So much vibrancy here! Beautiful blue skies, the most delicious food *ever* and so much energy in the city in anticipation of the Inti Raymi Festival! Art, flowers, climbing lots of stairs, meeting baby alpacas, shopping… we did so much in a few short hours our first day in Peru! @yogasquaredakron Retreats 🫶🏼 thank you for bringing me here! by @nicoleroseshell11

💫 The space between 2 big trips. This was a very busy, very full 3-ish weeks 😅 Finished the @yogasquaredakron Summer Solstice Challenge today, taking 21 classes in 21 days—20 of them in studio! 3rd year in a row and honestly nothing makes me prouder of myself! I taught 27 classes, including goat yoga, lavender yoga, and downtown yoga 🐐🪻🌆 I focus much of my energy on human (and dog) connection and I have probably never felt more seen and appreciated. Like we always say, love is like a boomerang 🪃 My beautiful work team gifted me an extremely thoughtful card and a facial, we received an amazing cross stitch from a talented and wonderful student, and today my @jultoms gifted me a book guaranteed to make me cry! My family and friends deeply and selflessly supported me through the final moments of a difficult transition. I taught hundreds and hundreds of yoga students and it was so beautiful. I went to my favorite coffee shop @portalwestcoffee almost every day. Every time I wanted @ritasofakron off I went! I got to spend time with people that have loved me in many different phases, unconditionally. Life is not always easy, but that is actually always okay. We meet ourselves over and over and over again and the me that I am today knows that I’ll never regret a single experience that connects me more deeply to humanity 🫂 I can truly say that I am grateful for every hard lesson 🪽 now off to Peru bye!!! by @nicoleroseshell11

🇮🇹🌞🍷🍦 My word for last week’s retreat at @salinarasicily was FRIENDSHIP! It was truly bliss to spend a week in the company of both old and new friends. We did so much exploring: bike riding into town, private boat day, winery tour, cooking class, and so much more! Sunset over the salt flats, random stops for wine and gelato, and beautiful and relaxed practices. I’ve never felt more like myself. So much sweetness and pleasure on this trip! @yogasquaredakron retreats forever ♾️ by @nicoleroseshell11

🇮🇹🍹🌞🌊 Sicily we love you! First night/first day in Trapani and we’re reveling in all of the natural beauty, amazing food (and spritzes duh!) and the company of one another 🫶🏼 We love it here!!!
