I can’t believe I haven’t posted since November 2022! Just shared very few of the thousands of photos I’ve taken since then, in order from December 2022 to Valentine’s Day just last week. It was actually abnormal for me to just lay down and look back at all the photos since that time. I traveled near and far, lived in a new place temporarily, got sick 5 times in the process and had plenty of adventures along the way. Smiles were plentiful, many tears were shed, and so many memories were made. Life is good! It has had plenty of ups and downs. As I reflect today, more than I have in probably months (I think Pisces season has me in my feels especially) I feel so lucky to be alive & able to live this life, even when things are confusing & hard. I am in control of my life. My decisions are mine to make. I’ll keep making good ones, bad ones & questionable ones…it’s the only way I’ll keep learning. Hello world!👋 this is my first post (that isn’t on my story) since 2020 (unless you count my one archived post from 2021 😂) I haven’t felt as great as I do today in a loooooooong time…so I felt like showing off this new Mike Myers/Michael Myers shirt (and earrings by @dellaterrabyjodi!) I can’t even tell you all why I stopped caring about posting on social media one day. I just stopped caring; about keeping everyone updated, posting photos right after they happened, the likes, etc. I spend a decent amount of time regrettably scrolling on here still, & posting the occasional story, but I stopped obsessing over posting about my life constantly. However, I always used social media as a way to expose my life’s adventures but also to keep memories documented in a way where myself/friends can easily look back. At 30 years old looking back, I’m SO glad I was THAT friend who always took the photos/videos of EVERYTHING. I think I want to go back to being that person, without losing sight of living in the moment. I’m loving this 30 year old life & just wanted to let the world know.
