🩵🎶🏉an upbeat anthem that tells a story of well, running… 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♂️
We are always running towards or away from something, or someone or ourselves.

The Chasing Game is a🎵song about being playful, not taking everything so seriously, having banter, flirtation, and just enjoying the game of it…

Shout out to the FOOTY GIRLS 💪🏽🩵🫶🏼👍🏽🏉🖤 for being a part of the film clip and letting us in on the sacred community that is afl women’s ❤️‍🔥

the older i get the more i learn that we can’t just go it alone... We do need each other
&
So I wrote this 🎶 song for our little people to let them know the importance of having our besties, our honorary sista’s, our life long neighbours, our pets, our mentors our non-biological cousins-
our CHOSEN FAMILY 😍😌😚💛

I have had the honour of being invited to be a part of an incredible community engaged arts event as part of the @melbfringe festival put on by @allthequeensmen 💃🏽💜🫶🏼👑

#congress is happening in Naarm on October 3rd.

I am one of the 8 speakers who have been paired with leading writers to create and deliver “first political speeches” — bold, intimate and hopeful
visions for our collective future.”

I will be speaking, for the first time ever about something very raw and vulnerable for me - I won’t have my guitar, I won’t be singing and to be honest - it’s a bit serious…and scary, and exciting.

If you’ve ever wanted to see me perform in a different light, this is the gig, actually - it’s not a gig - it’s a speech, written by CQ Quinan. 📃🎤

The evening is Interwoven with music, movement and acts of communal gathering. 🧡🧡🧡

This is a one night only event.
Tickets 🎫 are FREE but the seats are limited so booking is essential.

See ya there 💜💜💜 by @nicoletteforte

As well as being a🐦🎤singer-songwriter🎸,
I have always loved the art of live performance🎭.

Theatre is magic 🪄and there is something about being in the room in real life, in that moment that makes my heart sing! 🎶 ❤️‍🔥

For over a decade, I have been collaborating and facilitating theatre 🎭 programmes in Melbourne for young people aged 5–18, with a particular passion for outreach initiatives. It’s exciting working with emerging artists and young changemakers. Learning from them how to navigate this world using theatre and music as our compass and map... 🌍

This song 🎶 IMAGINATION SONG🧠, I wrote with a bunch of storytellers from a program i was facilitating back in the day...

This is what a song writting collab with the next generation of young storytellers sounds like 🤗💪🏽💛💜🖤

Ya know when I was SMALL I wanted to be a 🏉football player and then I wanted to be a 🦖dinosaur, a rubbish truck 🚛driver, a croissant 🥐 baker, an artist 👩‍🎨 , a 🏕️ camp leader, a 📻 radio host, an explorer 🧭 , a mother 👶🏽…

I believe in this life we have to throw ourselves in and try lots of things. Even if we don’t get there, even if we never make it- we try☺️
We must try time and time again because we might just end up some place else, on a mountain ⛰️we never even knew we could climb 🧗🏼‍♀️ …

This song I wrote is called TALL 🎶
It’s all about that :)
