Boudoir photography but this time… cozy pottery edition! Dunno why but all my best pottery pictures are always the ones I take in bed haha. A couple new lidded incense jars here and a couple matcha bowls ya might’ve seen before.

(also go take a listen to my friend @m8xton’s new album! this song playing now is such a chill sound!) by @niconiconut.studios

A little pottery asmr for y’alls today. Sometimes i’m in a mood to blast music so loud the glaze buckets shake, n’ sometimes like today it’s a zone out quietly kinda vibe. Also, so happy this jar hasn’t broken so far! One level up to making bigger ceramic pieces! by @niconiconut.studios

I guess not many new potters have tried a manual kickwheel, but it’s what i got at home and i love the smooth rhythm n’ slowing speed it has. My dad helped me clean it all up from the crazy amount of rust, and been using it ever since. Next i just need to buy a tabletop kiln and i’ll be set for full speed ahead production mode!!! 🚂 by @niconiconut.studios

What better way to get back into pottery than by making a big jar? At least for me it’s big haha. Back in the studio more, so thinking of new things to make if ya got any ideas for me?

This porcelain jar’s gonna hold a batch of dried mandarin peels i’ve been prepping to use for cooking once they’ve ages three years. A long time to wait, but hoping the taste makes it worth it! by @niconiconut.studios

4.5h at the studio with friends = 1 carved matcha whisk stand

thought i’d be getting faster with each one i make… but turns out i just keep polishing the next one even more. so each one takes longer than the last and the amount of detail keep stacking up haha 😅

happy how the porcelain chasen-tate have been turning out though! so many ceramic works in progress at the moment! by @niconiconut.studios
