october chef residency

saturday 12h-15h / 18h-22h
sunday 12h-18h

We are pleased to welcome Louise Volavola and Nicolas Tleti for our first chef residency this weekend.

Known individually for their culinary talents, but also when they join forces behind the stove as Vert Lumiere, they accepted to join us for the kick-off of this new format, as a way of supporting the artistic and cultural projects they care about, by sharing what they love to do: cooking.

For this weekend’s menu, and to embrace the ongoing transition into autumn, Louise and Nicolas have chosen to work with seasonal, simple and generous food, made to bring people together around the culinary synthesis of warmth and comfort.

The special comfort-food menu that they have put together will notably feature a silky-smooth velouté, a hearty dish with a rich sauce, and some nostalgic, feel-good cabbage.

Come meet them behind our counter this weekend, for lunch and dinner on Saturday and for an extended lunch service on Sunday
