A very important part of padel is defence. Defending your corner is difficult and needs a lot of practice. In almost every training that I have we work on my defence🔥.
Thank you @rikhillen for the great training. @club.p26 the club is becoming very nice🔥.

At the end of great fun padelsession @zuitnl_the_sports_community with @laura_hanning and @rodneyackermans , they asked how I would defend an X3? This was my answer🔥🔥.
Had so much fun. Thank you all💪.

Last training outdoor☀️☀️. Work hard and making fun in the sun.
One week of rest and then we go inside to train.
Last shot was a great dropshot on the wrong side of the court😂😂.

Having fun on the court @peakzpadel Sittard. Trying to pull of a backhand tapout. One backhand tapout over the fence, and one out of the door🔥🔥🔥.
Work hard but also have fun on the court💪😁.

What a weekend at @premierpadelrotterdam ! 🎾🔥

Being a ball boy during the semi-finals was an amazing experience, and getting to watch the finals on Sunday was the perfect way to finish an unforgettable weekend.

I also had the chance to meet and take photos with some of the best players in the world. And getting Coki Nieto’s racket was definitely the highlight!

Moments like these motivate me even more to keep working hard, keep learning and keep chasing my own goals in padel.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special. What an experience!

Great way to warm up. First a ball from the glass, play a lob, then you run to the net to play a volley, after that you play a overhead (bandeja, vibora), finish the excercise with a ladder drill. Start all over again.
You train all the different shots and footwork in one exercise💪💪💪
Thanks @rikhillen
