The goal in life is not to live forever…

The laws I live by pt. 1/7

Most people want the result. Few are willing to commit to the process.

But here’s what I’ve learned: growth doesn’t happen in moments. It happens in the daily decisions nobody sees. The books you read. The conversations you have. The way you show up, even when nothing is moving yet.

Swipe & read the captions for the first 3 laws ->

The Law of Process taught me that leadership isn’t built in a day. It’s built every single day. The small decisions nobody sees, the books, the conversations, the way you show up: that’s where real growth happens.

Stay consistent long enough and something shifts. Slow progress turns into momentum. A ripple becomes a wave.

The Law of Connection taught me that leaders touch a heart before they ask for a hand.

You can’t only move people through strategy or systems. You move them first by genuinely caring about who they are.

Real connections aren’t built in a moment, it’s built in all the small moments where you choose to truly show up for someone.

The Law of the Picture: before you can lead others, you have to lead yourself. Every decision you make, every standard you hold, every way you show up is being watched.

People don’t follow words. They follow what they see. So if you want to build something real, start by becoming someone worth following.

See you at pt2. of Laws I live by.

The goal in life is not to live forever…

Some moments you can’t explain. You had to be there. This was one of them.

At the FTP International Event, it became clear that everything we’ve been building is turning into something real.

Two new educators joined the FTP family: Florian Hein on health and Jason Solomon on mindset. Two more pillars of the Freedom Cycle now unlocked in education. The vision isn’t a concept anymore. It’s a curriculum.

We announced our collaboration with the Anchorage Group, led by Roberto Pucciano. The biggest opportunity FTP has ever had. It opens doors to investment possibilities that will change the trajectory of everything we’re building.

October 7th. A launch we’ve been working toward for over a year. We’re not releasing a product. We’re releasing something permanent.

A documentary is coming.

Waitlists are open for projects that will move when the timing is right and the timing is getting close.

One million people achieving the Freedom Cycle. That’s the vision.

At this event, for the first time, that number didn’t feel big. It felt inevitable.

The energy in that room is something I can’t put into words. But if you were there: you know exactly what I mean.

Get in rooms that give you momentum. This is one of them.

The goal in life is not to live forever…

Zakynthos pt. 2…

Zakynthos was just the beginning. We slowed down. We bonded. We made decisions that will define the next chapter, for every leader in that room.

And now, the next Platinum Bootcamp is coming.

And trust me… this location, It’s going to hit different.

We’ve been planning this one for a while. The destination, the energy, the experience, everything about it was chosen with intention. The leaders who were in Zakynthos know what that means.

The destination will be revealed this Saturday at the FTP event. And you do not want to find out through someone else’s Instagram story.

Be there.

But before that, we want to know what you think. 👇

Drop the flag 🏳️ of the country you think we’re heading to for the next Platinum Bootcamp.

And if you’re committed to being with us on that incentive next time, share the last slide of this Instagram post in your story. No excuses. No hesitation. Just a decision.

See you all this Saturday at our ‘Deciding Your Story’ event.
With a choice of commitment.

The goal in life is not to live forever…

Zakynthos pt.1

I brought my Platinum Leaders to Zakynthos with one goal: to slow down. Not to stop. But to slow down enough to see clearly. To connect deeply. And to make a choice.

Because at a certain level of leadership, the next breakthrough doesn’t come from the outside. It comes from a decision made on the inside. A decision about identity. About who you are… and who you’re willing to become.

Every new identity starts with a decision. Not a perfect moment. Not the right circumstances. Just a choice to become someone new.

The past is the past. The future is built in a single decision.

To my Platinum Leaders: you came as leaders. You leave as the next version of yourselves. A new identity. A new level. And a big move ahead.

The quantum leap starts now.

The goal in life…

An magical evening for in the books. What started as a vision planned for 2028 became reality in 2025. We celebrated Christmas with all our Rising Stars & above at Slot Zeist. One of the most royal places of the Netherlands.

FTP covered everything.
A five course dinner, a historic location, and a night built around appreciation, vision and belief.

Everything that is created is created three times.
First in the mind, then on paper, and finally in reality.
When vision and belief are aligned, it will become reality faster than you could imagine.

We as FTP believe Christmas is meant to be celebrated with family. FTP is family and thats why we had this amazing night together. We believe that moments like this matter. People deserve to be loved.

It’s not about living forever.
It’s about creating something that does.

The goal in life…

A year ago I had to ask platinum leaders to pay for their own trip, because the company was at a very different level.
Now we went to Iceland with more than twenty people, fully paid, sharing one of the most luxurious experiences we have ever had.

This did not happen by chance.
This is what consistency, standards and belief look like over time.

It’s not about living forever.
It’s about creating something that does.

3 years ago i made a commitment. I said that in 2 years i would be the one speaking on that stage, and i did.

Back then i made it alone. This time im not alone anymore. It’s time to do it again.

FTP has at least a 1000 people in the arena on the next convention

FTP fills up a whole table of Directors and above on it’s own with at least 5 Directors!

I am one of the speakers to represent FTP

In 3 years FTP fills up an Arena like the one i experienced today

That being said, let’s get to work 🤝🏻 taken in München Germany by @nielstelderman

To all leaders out there..

Growth doesn’t happen by adding more, but by letting go of what no longer serves you.

Sometimes, it’s not about creating something new—it’s about making space for it. by @nielstelderman
