2nd place in the open women category at Strongest on the beach Bahrain!🇧🇭
I had the absolute BEST weekend competing with the most awesome and strong women in Bahrain thanks to @bhstrongevents and the Ministry of Interior 💪🏻

What an experience competing on the sand under the Middle East sun ☀️ (have you ever tried pressing in the sand?) 🫢 The organization was so good! I’ve never been welcomed into a competition so wholeheartedly. We were picked up from the airport by the MOI and they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay 🙏🏻 then the generosity with the prices! There was SO much stuff for podium winners. Including cash prices, medals, trophy, protein packages, invite to OSG worlds in 2026 👀 and more.

We did
Event 1: overhead medley log 50kg, axle clean and press 50kg and monster dumbbell 2x 32kg
Event 2: sandbag 60kg run 15x2
Event 3: axle zercher pickup and run 60kg 15x2
Event 4: wheel deadlift 160kg for reps
Event 5: 3x tire flip + 3x sandbag to shoulder

One more thanks to all the referees who volunteered in the sun on their weekend as well. You were amazing! And thank you mom for coming with 💕🫶🏻

Thanks to my coach @artisticfit for always supporting my crazy ideas and comps and guiding me where I need to go. Thanks to @zizojk for inviting me !

Last slide can you see I’m enjoying the deadlifts?

August was a crazy ride!!! Two awesome comps back to back, first OSG European strongest (8th place finish) and then Natural Strongman Worlds (11th place finish)

Im so damn proud of myself for putting myself out there and testing my Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent amongst the best of the best. This sport is incredible and the people in it even more so. Who don’t just lift heavy weights, they lift people up to 👏🏻

My friend @evadeutsch.germangrit so happy you were there and we could both compete again after our last comp together 🫶🏻

And to all the U64 girls I met, you were AWESOME! Honestly let’s do it again, same time same place next year?

big shoutout to all volunteers and the organizers of @naturalstrongman for the incredibly well done competition. Thank you for the great photos @strongpass_ !

And lastly thank you to my coach @artisticfit for guiding me and showing me that nothing is impossible. To my clients who always support me and helped me get to where I am now. Forever grateful! ❤️❤️❤️

And everyone who has been supporting from the sidelines! I see you and I appreciate you 🫶🏻

Will be sharing some comp recaps and more footage soon!

This is not a drill 🚨

100+ people are already on the Yalla Lucha waitlist.

No ticket link, no full card, and we haven’t even shown you the lineup YET.

The waitlist gets first access when tickets drop.

If this keeps moving like this some of you are going to miss the first one 👀

Did you watch until the end? 👀

But seriously... What IS an easy way to hit your coach and make it look like an accident? Asking for a friend. 🫣 taken in Champs Sports & Fitness Club by @nienmaster
