And then, without warning, he walked into my life & made a home in my heart.

Who would have imagined that the person I once spent ordinary workdays with, met after hours & shared countless simple moments with would one day become my forever?

Somewhere between familiar conversations, spontaneous meetups, shared laughter & the quiet comfort of being together, something beautiful began to bloom.

With him, even the simplest moments felt warm, safe & complete. The kind of warmth and comfort that I have never felt in ages.

Love did not arrive with grand gestures. It grew softly in the everyday moments until those moments became our forever.

And there I was, sitting beside him just moments before we exchanged our rings. Even a month later, it still feels like the sweetest dream, the kind I never want to wake from. ♥️💍

Indoor date ideas ✨🐳

Recently, we took a little adventure to SEA LIFE Malaysia!

With our busy lives at the hospital & clinic, we both just wanted to unwind & do something different from our usual routine.

We were honestly too exhausted for any hands on activities & with the bad haze around, I thought an indoor adventure would be perfect.

And it turned out to be such a lovely little date!

From interactive games to colouring our own little fish and watching them swim across a huge digital ocean, to getting up close with jellyfish and touching starfish, we had so much fun exploring everything.

It felt so nice to switch off for a while & just be two happy kids exploring the underwater world.

A much needed dose of happy hormones for our constantly chaotic medico brains! 🐠🩵✨

Little things from a day that was entirely mine 🤍

Somewhere between work, my event planning & family, I hadn’t realised it had been almost 8–9 months since I had a proper day out like this.

So I drove to Malacca, caught up with people I love, had my coffee, bought myself a little something, hunted for shoes 😂 and ended the day trying a new, yummy dim sum spot.

Nothing extraordinary. Just a really, really good day.

I love doing life with the people I love but I’ll always love the version of me who genuinely enjoys her own company too ✨

Note to self : Dont wait another 8 months for the next one 🫠

There’s something so comforting about knowing this is my person, this is my husband & we’re actually building a life together now. Thank you for always keeping me lit up and making life feel a little brighter.

Maybe, that’s also why our civil wedding will always mean so much more to me than any other celebration ever could.

It wasn’t just signing some papers. It was the day we officially chose each other for life.
