Happy Independence Day - Tobago unable to comply with Procurement Act for fireworks so private developer steps in to fund. Same developer who built the highway extension to the new airport that cant be accessed from the airport. Said airport built to accomodate way more passengers than the island can accomodate, and still non operational. Meanwhile, children forced to walk on the road , at risk of getting knocked Down by cars on the Buccoo to Carnbee road because no sidewalks north of Buccoo intersection. Seriously? Autonomy must be earned. Put public intrest first. Yes, you need to spend because THA spend is the only thing keeping Tobago economy going, but prioritze projects that create a safer space and add value to the ordinary citizen. by @nigel.yc
