Hyrox HK 2026 Mixed Doubles summed up:

Keep up with him and just try not to die!

TY Nigel for making every training session feel light & unserious, but for also being the solid, grounding presence I needed to get through race day aka the day I ran the fastest 1kms of my life 🤣

One and done (or not 👀), this was a @nigelparas hard carry special and it was my honor to be his support 🫡 by @nigelparas

HYROX Osaka 2026
Doubles with the bossman @luisdegu 🫡
Barely any training & nursing some injuries - didn’t die naman (that day…) at least. Another great experience tho! Solid, solid trip! On to the next, Cryrox!❤️‍🔥 taken in Intex Osaka by @nigelparas

BANG BANG!💥
Year one — done!

A solid thanks to @flyweight.ph, bossman @luisdegu, ma @elovvargas for the trust, mentorship, & friendship.

Lucky to have found a team of just-as-eager fools—always down for a good time, a hard time, and all the dumb-assery in between.

Forever grateful for the community that shows up and makes this place what it is. Here’s to training harder, leveling up together, and having a damn good time along the way.

We’re only getting started. 🐰

First one done! A banger of a weekend at @hyroxhk!
Made special of course by the CRYROX crew 🤍 from DIY training to doing the damn thing — everyone’s crazy just kinda synced up in the best way. Not gonna lie I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. So I guess on to the next!
