2019. Grinding out the basement. Looking back on our careers these last 7 years is just wild. Brooklyn was so different. @stephonbishop would say we got it out the MUD. We EARNED it. And like my dawg JB Active would say.. More Miles To GO! 💯💯💯 by @nigraphix

One of the most ICONIC photos in New York City calisthenics history. You see the YEAR on @v12vital chest. Btw thats a young @jobrolick bottom right. Told I you had something for you.

I was so big on ownership back then of course ever the rebel I am NOT wearing no ICF tank. Who is that is that US? Who owns this? We need OWNERSHIP!!

Most of the brothers didn't understand. Or didn't want to. At the time I was asking to many questions. Im sure they understand now.

And honestly 2012 is LATE. The 06-09 files is where all the precious metals reside! PS I might frame this.🔥💯💯 by @nigraphix

We have 1 1/2 hours of BTS and Video from this episode. One day i'll ask the family if they want to do something with that. I took the SoundCloud down but if you heard it when it dropped, you already know.

These were never posted.

I told him the world needed to hear his story. Because i didn't take for granted he was so accessible when he didn't have to be. That Wingate Park was more than just a calisthenics park or summer concerts.

This means decades of legacy. We have to keep our own history so isn't washed away and become myth like Atlantis. by @nigraphix
