My heart is broken in a way I cannot put into words.
My grandmother, our dearest Ammi, passed away two days ago.
إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Ammi, I still cannot accept that you’re gone. There are so many things I wish I could say, so many moments I wish I could relive, and I would give anything for just one more hug.

Your absence hurts in places I never knew existed. Your love was a comfort I never realized I needed so deeply until you were no longer here.

I know life will go on, but a part of me will always remain in this moment, missing you and wishing you were still with us.

Thank you for every memory, every smile, every prayer, and every moment of love. The love you gave us will stay in our hearts forever.

I miss you so much, Ammi. 💙
May Allah grant you the highest place in Jannah and give us all the strength to live with your memories. by @nihadazeez
