✨ SF Japantown Nihonmachi Street Fair Recap! ✨

On August 1st and 2nd, Korean Center, Inc. (샌프란시스코 세종학당) was happy to participate in the 52nd Annual Nihonmachi Street Fair right in the heart of SF Japantown!

At our KCI booth, we had a wonderful time sharing details about our flagship upcoming Chuseok Festival(@sfchuseok) and introducing our popular Korean Language Programs. The incredible turnout, warm energy, and enthusiasm for Korean culture from our community made it an unforgettable weekend!

One of the absolute highlights at our booth was the Fan Making activity, which brought so much joy to visitors of all ages! 🎨

From young kids to seniors, everyone threw their heart into crafting their own traditional Korean fans. Seeing so many smiling faces creatively decorate their pieces and proudly cool off with their custom artwork made our weekend truly special!🥰💕

A heartfelt thank you to the organizing team and all the dedicated volunteers on the Planning Committee for putting together such a seamless, vibrant event. True to the fair’s motto, "For Our Community Embracing All Communities," it was deeply moving to witness distinct cultures coming together as one.

Stay tuned for more updates on our upcoming KCI Chuseok Festival—we can't wait to celebrate with you all again very soon! 🎉 taken in Japan Town In San Francisco by @nihonmachisf
