I’ve officially completed my 14-Day Skincare Challenge with Artistry 🥰
I feel like my skin looks brighter, fresher and more radiant compared with when I started.
Of course, everyone’s skin is different, and results may vary depending on your skin type and routine.
This is simply my personal experience over the past 14 days —

Before & After — Journey 🤍

ภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากวันแรกที่ตัดสินใจว่า
“ถึงเวลาลดน้ำหนักแล้วนะ” จนถึงตัวเองในวันนี้ค่ะ 🥰

ค่อย ๆ ปรับการทาน เลือกสิ่งที่ดีและเหมาะกับตัวเองมากขึ้น
ไม่ได้กดดันตัวเองว่าจะต้องเปลี่ยนทุกอย่างในครั้งเดียว

พอกลับมาดู Before & After แล้ว… รู้สึกภูมิใจในตัวเองจังค่ะ 🤍
อาจจะยังไม่ถึงเป้าหมาย แต่ก็มีความสุขกับทุก ๆ ก้าวที่ค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนแปลงไป

หวังว่าจะทำให้พี่ ๆ โค้ชภูมิใจกันนะคะ 555 😆💕

Before & After 🤍

From the day I decided, “Okay, it’s time to start taking better care of myself,”
to where I am today 🥰

I’ve simply been making small changes to the way I eat, choosing better nutrition,
and finding a routine that feels right for me — nothing too extreme,
just trying to be a little more consistent each day.

Looking back at my before photo now, I can’t help but feel a little proud of myself 🤍
I’m not at my goal yet, but I’m really happy to see
that those small changes are starting to make a difference.

Hope I’m making all my coaches proud haha 😆💕
