The big 70 for my handsome dad ♥️

Last month marked 9 years since he’s been gone. That’s almost a decade and yet here I am, still finding it hard some days to process the emptiness I’ve felt since he passed away.

At this point, grief has become part of my identity and I’m grateful for what I’ve allowed it to teach me over the years. It has, in a way, actually made me a better person.

So thank you Dad!🙏 for the reminders and lessons you seem to still be teaching me even from the other side 🕊️❤️‍🩹🥹
