First to cross the line in a super sprint. But have to wait for results as this little minx @Rosa was not too far behind but started a bit later …. Either way, I really miss this stuff. #brats #triathlon it was so much painful fun 😬 by @nik.o.let

So proud of my ‘little sister’ Audrey, who is competing at the World Triathlon Championships in Spain this week.
And of course, she’s not just competing in one event…. It’s Audrey 💁🏼‍♀️
And best of luck to all my other friends competing too. X 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ #proudbigsister❤️ #triathlon #superstar by @nik.o.let

Finally get to sit down at 5pm on a Sunday at #coogeebeach. After being dragged out of bed at 630 am... boys everywhere . Bikes scooters. Water balloons dogs, forts. Messy house. Noise … food I’m taking tomorrow off so I can have a weekend.
But I wouldn’t swap it. Also I overheard one of Xander’s mates saying “Your mum is literally the GOAT” so #imthegoat #imtired #butitsallgood by @nik.o.let

A lovely day at #catalinarosebay with beloved client John- sponsor of many of our Ironman endeavours. Putting up with Alice and I, talking way too much as usual. It was just such a fun day with lovely staff and beautiful weather. #somanylaughs #stunningfood #excellentservice💯 by @nik.o.let

Dr Todd Grande @drtoddgrande has now made three videos about @raygun_aus

Criticising her performance is fair, but repeatedly targeting a woman who has already endured worldwide humiliation and claiming to “analyse” her for online views and monetary gain is just wrong.

As a mental-health professional, I thought he would discourage online bullying. I have no feelings for RayGun either way but I detest the media leading sheeple to hate on anyone who didn’t really hurt anyone.
And especially if it is a “mental health professional”

That’s me in the BG of the live coverage and such an honour to sing for the #wheelchair athletes at 645 am *my favourite athletes* Best day ever - reminiscent of early morning radio gigs as a popstar in my 30s but MUCH better #bestlife #paralympics #running #singing by @nik.o.let
