I am officially stepping into a historic moment. I am one of the 150 authors participating in the Guinness World Record attempt for the most authors reading consecutively from their own books. Each author will read for five minutes, one after the other, forming an unbroken chain of voices, stories, and ideas. The current record stands at 122 authors, achieved by TamilEzhuthapadi Publications LLC - StoryBuzz and recognized by Guinness World Records. Now, Literary Authors Cooperative Multipurpose Society of Nigeria, LiTACO, is bringing together 150 authors on the 25th and 26th of February 2026 to raise that number and make history. I am proud to lend my voice to this bold, collective effort. This is about unity in the literary community. It is about discipline, teamwork, and the courage to aim higher. 150 authors. One continuous reading chain. A new record within reach. As the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for Revenue, I understand the importance of celebrating women beyond revenue matters. That's why we have ensured March 8th 2024 was a special day for all women in Enugu State. We organized a conference themed '๐‘ฐ๐’๐’—๐’†๐’”๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’Š๐’ ๐‘พ๐’๐’Ž๐’†๐’ ๐‘จ๐’„๐’„๐’†๐’๐’†๐’“๐’‚๐’•๐’†๐’… ๐‘ท๐’“๐’๐’ˆ๐’“๐’†๐’”๐’”,' which was attended by Governor Peter Mbah and Her Excellency Mrs Nkechi Mbah along with all female political appointees and distinguished guests and women. It was an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the significant contributions women make to the progress of Enugu State and Nigeria as a whole. The female political appointees also surprised his Excellency with courtesy visit thanking him for encouraging women with an unprecedented number of female appointees in the state constituting about 27% of his cabinet. Cheers to IWD 2024. #inspireinclusion #iwd2024 #womenleadership #women #adenikeokebu by @nikeokebu
I was present at 042 Fest, a vibrant celebration of the culture, creativity and spirit of Enugu. Events like this remind us of what makes Enugu special. They bring our people together, showcase our talents and present our state to the world as a destination for culture, tourism and entertainment. A big congratulations to the convener, @ada042, for putting together such a remarkable festival. Her passion for Enugu, her creativity and her drive to bring our people together were evident in every part of the event. What she has built with 042 Fest is something our state can truly be proud of. And to His Excellency, Dr. Peter Mbah, Governor of Enugu State, whose vision continues to make such moments possible, we are truly grateful. 042 to the world. Tomorrow is here! #042Fest #EnuguState #CoalCity #TomorrowIsHere by @nikeokebu
Enugu came alive as the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, arrived for the flag-off of the Southeast Women's Mobilisation Directorate of the Presidential Campaign Council and the Mega Empowerment Rally. I was proud to stand with women from across the Southeast who came out in such large numbers to celebrate the Renewed Hope Agenda and show their support for the continued leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The First Lady's commitment to the empowerment of women continues to inspire many of us. And under the leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Mbah, Enugu keeps proving to be the heart of the Southeast, a place where the region gathers with pride. Tomorrow is here! #RenewedHope #WomenForTinubu #EnuguState #TomorrowIsHere by @nikeokebu
