Nirgendwo is presenting "Cinematographic collages. Between vibrant matter and cubist fragmentation", a short film program curated by Nele S. Kaiser. The selection of experimental analogue films is centered around fragmentation as method, motif and as a threshold to abstraction. The fracture as a formal crack with the integrity of the representational, opens up the teleological beauty of the emergence of free form. Their works are often reminiscent of cubist multiperspectivity, rhythmic geometrization and collage techniques. The program comprises works by Aura Vega, María Pipla, Laura Moreno, Biviana Chauchi, Pablo Marín, Álvaro Feldman, Borja Rodriguez and Nicole Remy, whose films were shown together in a program with Rose Lowder at the last edition of "exf f. - Tage des experimentellen Films Frankfurt" beginning of September.
