Incredible experience with IronHorse Aviation at ORD! 25 years. Tears like it was yesterday. Pain like it was yesterday. This day will never make sense but my father made it home on a damn tug boat and he is my heart and soul. I'm forever thankful. 🙏 Then my brother worked in the destruction and aftermath and I cannot imagine what either scenario was like.

Still pondering something that was said to me by an older gentleman while at a training course. He asked me if I was military or LE and I said that I was neither and just a civilian. He didn't stop there. He then asked me why I would be in this Red Dot Pistol class and not something practical for you like Concealed Carry which was also a choice you could have applied for here. I nicely said I think this is practical in my mind as is CC but I decided this seemed a better fit for me. He then said he would agreed to disagree while walking away. Curious how this interaction would have made others feel. Love some open dialog on it in the comments. by @nikifreckles
