It’s October 9 PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day, and I thought about a ton of different ways to share, but ultimately just telling part of our story and putting a face to a family that’s lived this felt right. Fighting for Cami’s diagnosis and wellness is one of the hardest things I’ve done, I think finding the courage to keep asking + pushing when doctors tells you your wrong, it’s hard. I hope by talking about our experience it will start conversations, or reach healthcare providers that will familiarize themselves with this condition so other kids and families don’t have to fight for help, and most importantly it doesn’t get delayed. One of my favorite resources is @aspirepans , but a quick search will give you many. As always my DM’s are always open, and I’m happy to share anything that may be helpful 💚. #panspandas #panspandasawareness #lightupforpans #indianamom #motherhoodthroughig by @nikispender

✨BOO Basket Inspo✨

Featuring my newest lifestyle - locating NeeDoh’s for my children 🫣. I know I’m not alone, and I absolutely know it’s ridiculous, but it’s giving me all the memories of tracking down beanie babies in the 90’s so here we are. The calendar was all I was able to find, did anyone else get any of the fun Halloween varieties?! Tell me everything! #boobasket #needoh #squishytoys #boobasketideas #squishycollector by @nikispender

Starting Monday with a clean kitchen just hits different. There’s something about getting everything reset and back in its place that makes the week feel a little less chaotic.

One thing that’s part of my kitchen reset is @methodproducts Dish Soap in Dewy Daze. It cleans with enzymes to help tackle stuck-on food and grease, so it’s perfect for those dishes that somehow survived the whole weekend. 😂

Clean kitchen, fresh start… what’s one thing you always do to start your week off right? #methodpartner

My girls LOVE surprise toys so when they saw this Lamb Chop Surprise for Coop 🐾 we had to track it down. I will say it was fun for all, and the quality is really good! It sells out quick, so if you see it in stock grab one!

Summer may be winding down, but I’m definitely not ready to slow down! 🏃 Between keeping up with my kids, staying active, and making the most of summer, I wanted something simple I could add to my daily routine to support my mobility + flexibility.

I started taking Instaflex® Fast Acting and love that it’s just one small capsule a day. It combines 4 joint-support ingredients, including turmeric extract, collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid and clinically validated TamaFlex®. I also love that Instaflex® focuses specifically on joint health and that Fast Acting is third-party tested, made in a U.S. facility under strict cGMP guidelines, and uses carefully sourced ingredients. 🙌

Ready to keep moving? You can find Instaflex® Fast Acting exclusively at Walmart and Walmart.com.#SavedMySummer #sponsored

Are we decorating for fall yet?! 🍂 I’m honestly impressed I’ve made it this long, those pumpkins in my basement have been staring at me for weeks 🎃. Plus it’s only a few days until September, grab yourself a PSL, head to HL and go crazy, it’s time.

#ad We found a new snack that’s already earned a spot in our pantry. The NEW @quakerchewy Protein Granola Bars have the same chewy taste we already love, now with 5g of protein per bar. They have no artificial flavors, preservatives or color + the taste is amazing 🙌. Perfect for tossing into lunchboxes or grabbing on busy days when we need something quick. Definitely one to look for on your next grocery run! #QuakerChewy_Partner by @nikispender
