I kissed a king in 2019. Now I’m headlining the newest campaign for the City of Tilburg. 👑 Tilburg. Build Different. My face. All over the Netherlands. And in Eindhoven, at a scale that borders on absurd. Can you believe this?! Why this hits so deep: I have always been in love with the big format. The busstops. The wall. The highway. Typography that reads from a car. Colour that refuses to blend in. An image that gets two seconds of attention and stays for a week. The billboard is the oldest, loudest, most democratic medium in the world. No phone. No login. No algorithm. You just look up. That obsession started with @wijzijntoffey , the company I co-founded 12.5 years ago. And this campaign? Made by @wijzijntoffey . By Nino, @basneelen and @tonyhoffa my favourite advertisers. Me on this scale in such a romantic way. A full circle moment. This year I asked to be seen at my true size. BIG. The answer came as a billboard. I feel seen. Hugely. @in.tilburg . Toffey. I’m celebrating you big. And that subline, hiding in plain sight? “Tilburg lijkt nergens op. Gelukkig maar.” Pure Tony Hoffa. Brilliant copy. Looking for a face for your billboard? So many birthdays ❣️🥊 Today is the day. I have celebrated many. Definitely older than my shoe size. Cake, whipped cream, marshmallows, Belgian fries, lots of wine. Rooftops. Hiking Dutch mountains. Campsites. The office. Sometimes naked, sometimes in leopard print and a shiny green helmet. I've celebrated in many ways. Always with the right people around the table ♥️ On my 5th birthday I was a sad clown. This year, I'm a knight. Tonight in CDMX I'm celebrating a Knight Night. A round table, on my birthday, built around the thing I've been obsessed with all year — the female knight. Jeanne d'Arc taught me that feminine knighthood was never about battle — it's about carrying your sacred mission into the world, whatever form that takes. I am inviting in bigness. Let's step into the year of the female knight together. Power, softness, and celebration — in one room or in a distance. I would LOVE to see you. Over the last year, tectonic plates shifted inside me. And now I’m ready to show you to this upgraded version of me. I have an absurd amount of energy right now. I have switched to a new kind of fuel ⛽️❤️ My life no longer runs on fear, urgency, collapse or survival. The old motor was powerful, but it burned through me. It kept me moving, achieving, stretching beyond my limits, holding entire worlds upright with trembling hands. I honour her. She got me here. But I am no longer powered by panic. The potion I drink now is made of imagination, devotion, fascination, desire, beauty, curiosity and love. A big inspiration in this shift: Bella Baxter My collapse was not an ending. It was an initiation. A brutal speed course preparing me for a larger life. I am no longer rebuilding to survive. I am building for bigness. I claim expansion. I claim visibility. I claim rooms larger than the ones I was taught to desire. I walk with giants now. Artists. Visionaries. Lovers. Builders. People unafraid of scale, wealth, brilliance, depth and devotion. And I allow myself to become one of them. I refuse to shrink my curiosity, my ambition, my sensitivity or my actual size. I claim wealth. Not as performance or compensation, but as a natural consequence of devotion, courage and full participation in life. I claim success vast enough to hold freedom, rest, art, beauty, intimacy and truth all at once. I claim my solo exhibition in Mexico City this December. Not as fantasy. As evidence. Curiosity before shame. Appetite before permission. I allow myself full participation in life. And life responds accordingly. Last New Year’s, on a beach in Mexico, I made a very specific wish. I wanted to learn how to transform fear into trust. Not tame it. Not suppress it. Actually transform it. And slowly, something shifted. A large part of my fear disappeared, and in its place came a new kind of excitement and trust. Things started to move. I launched a new business. The first assignments came in. I felt happy, in a way that almost felt unbelievable. I decided to stay in Mexico. I met someone on a dance floor. I was invited to create a solo exhibition as an artist. It all felt slightly unreal, but underneath it was something very clear. I found my inner knight. Armored in trust. A new level of power, strength, and vision within myself. Now I’m ready for the next step. I know what I want. I want it all ❤️🥊. A thriving business. A life built on deep trust. Work that is fascinating and worth the energy. To walk side by side with giants, of all sizes. To be surrounded by art. The ability to connect worlds, people and move between them. CDMX. The Netherlands. Barcelona. Anywhere. Freedom. Success. Money. Love in all shapes and forms. No holding back. No playing small. Stretching what’s possible, maybe even bending time a little. Who am I? Mr. @davidjimeditation , meditation king, asks me this almost every morning. Some mornings answers arrive immediately. Other mornings it hides behind the sofa. One day I am a female knight in shining armour, ready for battle. Another day a girl dreaming of marrying in a Givenchy suit designed for Frida Kahlo. Or a multi-armed creative creature that gets easily bored. A woman with no energy left. So, so, so terribly exhausted. In my crisis I spent hours wondering what exactly I was. Terribly inconvenient. And after hitting rock bottom, wonderfully clarifying. Because the truth is simple: I might not know exactly who I am. Or perhaps the answer simply changes every day. But I do know what I am good at. And I know what I love to do. Here it is. Highly intuitive. Alarmingly observant. I’m Niki – brand maker, art director, entrepreneur. Artist’s soul. Chess-player mind. The blueprint knows Every brand carries its essence already.  The work is in listening, not interrupting. 6. Colour Is Not a Crime Grey is allowed only if it is intentional and wearing excellent shoes. 7. Craft is non-negotiable Details matter. Whatever’s not resolved, isn’t ready. 8.
