My journey to becoming a Worth & Wealth Activator for women has felt like an entirely organic evolution ... I’ve spent decades saying yes to everyone but myself. Even as a kid, I outsourced my worth and hustled to make success look easy … youngest Clerk in a swanky firm, fast tracking into my PhD and coaching for an Ivy League Cardiac Researcher. In my 30’s, bought out a business, increased profits by 20% and ranked Top 5 in our industry. A snapshot would suggest I’d ‘made it’: 💰 Financial freedom 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Gorgeous family (dog too) 🏠 House with an impressive address And yet… I was stuck in a perpetual state of fight or flight - teetering on the edge of disaster. Life sent me warnings to slow down, but I skillfully ignored them as I kept doing, pleasing, performing. That is until the morning I found myself sitting in Emerg with a ruptured kidney and cancerous masses filling my belly. All of the noise fell away. It was THE Permission Slip I needed to remember my deeper desires and redefine what wealth really means to me. Today my needs and non-negotiables are pinned to the top of my list. My health, wealth and happiness GET TO come first for a life that celebrates selfcare, loved ones, travel and impact. And now I help women, like you, unlock your own path to worth & wealth … before a crisis leaves you no choice. If you still need one, here’s your Permission Slip to remember your truth, rewire old systems and claim your own rich & resourced life ♥️ #sustainable #success #empowerment #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #transformation #potential #worthit #powerhouse #selfmastery #wealthbuilding #wealthmindset #worth by @nikki_piotrowski
These beautiful minds of ours aren’t always cheering on our quest for greatness. Sometimes, it even flips us a lie. Or two. Not in a conscious effort to hold us back, looping in outdated patterns. But that’s exactly what the lies it tells us do. Lie #1: I am not worthy of it Lie #2: It’s not possible for me Here’s the TRUTH of it … If you can dream it it’s FOR you I know. You might say, ‘so where the hell is it then?’ Like what’s it waiting for? In short? YOU. Like the crop top you’ve outgrown, the version of you who got you here won’t get you THERE. All that joy, opportunity, love and success is simply a better match for the woman you’re about to embody. Cause that girl? She knows she’s worthy of it She knows it’s possible for her 💫 #worthy #wealthy #possibilities #womeninbusiness #womensupportingwomen #ownit #growth #protect #lies #success by @nikki_piotrowski
The word WEALTH often triggers images of sports cars, waterfront mansions and designer bags … And, I’m not opposed to any. But the REAL WEALTH FLEX is a woman audacious enough to own the belief she’s worthy of the: 💸 joy 💸 opportunity 💸 relationships 💸 time & energy freedom 💸 self-agency And claim it for herself. Unapologetically. Feel the difference? Now tell me > what does WEALTH look like for you? #wealthbuilding #financialindependence #freedom #audacious #unapologetic #womensupportingwomen #bossbabe #happiness #remember #selfworth #trust #upgrade #identity by @nikki_piotrowski
A woman embodied in her full worth and potential moves differently. She inevitably calls in the richness on the outside that she feels in the inside. She understands the real flex is owning her greatness without apology. She knows the wealth she seeks has only ever been waiting for her ability to hold it. by @nikki_piotrowski
The woman living on autopilot ignores the whispers, her inner wisdom and desires. The embodied woman understands the assignment … she knows her path, aligns her actions and magnetizes her dreams. My clients move through these 3 crucial stages to turn off autopilot and turn their brilliance back on. Stage 1: RECONNECT 👎🏼 Autopilot Woman ‘Am I ungrateful? I’m just not as happy as I thought I’d be’ 👍🏼 Embodied Woman ‘I had no idea how detached I’d become from what matters. Clarity is power. Time to create something new’ 💃🏻 She’s no longer available to simply go through the motions. Once she re-members what’s important to her, a roadmap appears and she aligns herself to it. Stage 2: REWIRE 👎🏼 Autopilot Woman ‘I can’t get unstuck. Pivoting might work for them, but not me’ 👍🏼 Embodied Woman ‘I invite my limiting beliefs to stay. They’ve only been trying to protect me but now I’ve got a better way’ 💃🏻 She integrates her old patterns and uplevels her subconscious mind, beliefs and expectations to receive her desires with ease and excitement. Stage 3: RECLAIM 👎🏼 Autopilot Woman ‘I see the possibility, but I’m just not sure it’s available to me’ 👍🏼 Embodied Woman ‘The uplevelled version knows it’s already done - the relationship, friends, career, health, travel’ 💃🏻 She becomes a magnetic powerhouse who sees her greatness. She gets in the room, says YES and trusts herself to navigate anything. It’s already all hers. ✨Once you decide your happiness is inevitable, it comes to find you. #successmindset #womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment #ceo #mindset #coaching #rise #purpose #femalefounders #femaleentrepreneur by @nikki_piotrowski
Rounding my year out with a cold/flu and not spending tonight as originally planned .. AND SO COMPLETELY CONTENT with how my year is wrapping up 🎀 My measure of a successful year has become my answer to these Qs. Did I : 1. Come to love myself more fully 2. Stretch myself in areas that matter 3. Take up space & step into my greatness 4. Hold healthy boundaries that benefit all 5. Stay true to my desires, even when it was hard To have it all ‘come together’ in a year is never the goal, really. I’m on Team Slow N Steady … getting super clear on what matters, my personalized success plan and nurturing the areas that’ll support me getting there. Sustainably. What are you celebrating about YOURSELF tonight? Make it loud. Make it proud. Happy new year to you and yours. May 2025 be your year ✨🥂✨ #nye #2024 #celebrate #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #ceomindset #success #sustainability #beginning #new by @nikki_piotrowski
Are you her? I sure as hell was … I’d fully bought into thinking the harder I pushed the more I’d earned the success. As an ambitious woman who finds meaning in killing it in business, parenting and life …. I nearly killed myself trying. Turns out I’m not alone. You’re not either! 80% of autoimmune diseases belong to women. That’s a BIG number and it’s not a rounding error … Turns out we share these 5 culturally engrained characteristics: 1. Prioritize ‘their’ needs over our own 2. Identify with prescribed rolls Vs the needs of self 3. Act ‘too nice’ and repress healthy anger 4. Feel responsible for how others feel 5. Believe we must never disappoint. (Dr. Gabor Mate) We give until it HURTS. 💫 in childhood, I’d drop everything and respond to every ask, thirsty for attention 💫 in sports I’d be last child practicing, tired and checked out, so I could place first and prove my worth 💫 in academics, I jumped through hoops, believing their lack of ability was mine to fix and that confronting the issue head on would make me an ‘unappreciative little b*tch’ 💫 in relationships I stayed, despite the lies, cheating, and public humiliation believing it was better than being alone As women, we are programmed to look after others, to fix every problem, to identify as the good mother/daughter/wife, and to be pleasant. And so, We edit ourselves We clean up the messes We play the roles we’re given We say yes when we mean no We put our needs on the shelf We lose touch with our desires We witness our bodies shut down. And it’s every kind of heartbreaking 💔 I decided years ago that I am done hosting emotionally grown diseases, and I hope you are too!!! BECAUSE WE’RE NOT MEANT TO SUFFER FOR OUR SUCCESSES It’s why I help women upgrade their own identity for more joy, freedom, and success… without the sacrifice. My modern take on success? A woman who’s deeply connected to her vision, prioritizes self and knows her worth is a woman primed to realize her dreams, inviting everyone in her world to do the same It’s not selfish … it’s living sustainably. by @nikki_piotrowski
Questioning the narrative What if the way you’re editing who you show up as in the world is the reason YOU’RE NOT GETTING ALL YOU DESIRE? Let me explain … When you show us only your shiny bits, you deny the rest of you that is needed to attract your deepest desires … ❤️‍🔥 friendships ❤️‍🔥 loving partner ❤️‍🔥 passion filled career WE block the very things we desire by denying the parts of ourselves that magnetize those things to us. So, go have that human experience. Make room in your life for the polished version of you AND know that the ‘work in progress’ pieces are what will have your desires running towards you. #desire #success #mindset #vulnerability #womenempowerment #womeninbusiness #womensupportingwomen #abundance #magnetic #manifest #coach #sustainability by @nikki_piotrowski
We can explain forever why ‘she’ gets to have the life you’re pining for and prop up all the reasons why it’s just not available to you. With all the love there is to give, I call BULLSHIT 🛑. The truth? If you can see it, think it or dream it, IT’S YOURS FOR THE TAKING 👑 She’s smarter She’s thinner She’s more educated She’s born into it She’s got a network … And on and on and on. All excuses. Fear put into words. Doubt expressing itself. The moment you get to have the things you want is born the moment YOU CHOOSE TO GO GET IT. It’s not magic but … it’ll feel pretty damn close to it 🪄 Feel like some strategy and accountability might help? Give me a shout. I’ll make a believer out of you ❤️‍🔥 #dreamchaser #goals #vision #clarity #fear #fearless #success #strategy #coach #womenempowerment #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #femaleentrepreneur #bosslady #sustainability by @nikki_piotrowski
We can’t feel despair and gratitude in the same moment We can’t run toward our dreams and stay stuck in fear at the same time And so, it seems we have to choose. YOU have to choose … And why in God’s name wouldn’t you want to? You know all the sayings … 👎🏼 life is short 👍🏼 there’s no time like the present 🙌🏼 we only live once What’s it gonna take for you to get clear on WHO you want to show up as in your life, WHAT you’ll create, accomplish, do, be WHERE you can turn up your volume Is it because you’re waiting for the HOW? Turns out, I can 100% help you with that! Head up to my profile and book a FREE clarity call to unleash the woman - and life - you’ve been dying to meet. #limitless #success #confidence #insideout #trust #women #womeninbusiness #femaleentrepreneur #womensupportingwomen #thrive #sustainable #attraction #magnetic #powerhouse by @nikki_piotrowski
Girl, how many times do you have to hear it??? YOU are the expert on all things ‘you’ YOU are your own guru 🗝️ And the sooner you stop giving your power away to all of the other ‘experts’ out there the better. 💫Get support where you need it 💫Take advantage of some accountability to keep you moving forward 💫Consult those further ahead than you > success leaves clues But don’t believe that you’re not meant to then actually HAVE .. ENJOY .. OWN the success of your hard work. That power belongs to you. Do yourself a favor and get comfortable trusting your gut. Trust that you know what’s best for YOU. Listen to that hunch that he/she/they will help get you to your next desired level. Then … Own that you were the one who dug deep, kept coming back, sat through the discomfort and loved yourself enough to make the changes that gave you the outcome you’d been dreaming about. THAT’S ALL YOURS ⚡️ Sorry for shouting. #integration #coach #mentor #own #guru #success #womenempowerment #womeninbusiness #womensupportingwomen #trust #selfworth by @nikki_piotrowski
What’s your default: choosing from LACK or LOVE? Here’s how to make sure it’s the latter: 1. Notice the fear creeping in, listen to any lessons it’s trying to share, but don’t let fear make the decisions ✋🏼 2. Ask yourself whether the choice moves you towards - or away from - your goals, needs, wants and desires. Eyes on the prize, ya? 3. Tap into your intuition and inner guidance for direction. You are your own guru. 4. Say YES to the stuff that lights you up and slaps a smile on your face. If it’s not a hell yea .. maybe it’s a meant to be a no 💪🏼 #empoweredwomen #choosejoy #intuition #love #trust #success #sustainable #coachlife #fear #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness by @nikki_piotrowski
