My sister @lifeofatravelfamily and I live completely different lives, but we share one thing, the ability to work from anywhere, anytime.

Sometimes that means answering emails at the park, working around nap times or getting things done in between mum life.

36 and finally comfortable showing my arms. 🥹 teenage Nikki would be so proud.

Earlier this year I opened up on TikTok about how long I’d hidden them, and I was honestly shocked by how many women felt exactly the same. I really thought I was alone in that insecurity.

So if you need the reminder too: free the arms. Wear the top. Wear the dress. Don’t let an insecurity stop you from wearing what you want.

We have an opportunity to raise a generation that does better than the ones before it.

And that starts at home. 🤎

Our kids aren’t born knowing who to exclude. They aren’t born believing one skin colour is better than another. They learn from the world around them, and that means what we teach them at home matters more than we realise.

Because “we don’t see colour” isn’t enough.
“We treat everyone the same” isn’t enough.
And avoiding conversations about race because they feel uncomfortable isn’t protecting our children, it’s leaving them to learn about it somewhere else.

Anti-racism needs to be taught.

Talk to your kids about different skin colours. Talk about different cultures. Teach them what racism looks like. Teach them to recognise it, question it and speak up when they see it.

6 years of EVERI!

Six years of stress, sacrifice, late nights, hard conversations, mistakes, lessons, risks, tears, wins and somehow still choosing to keep going.

Building a business from the ground up is fucking hard. There have been so many moments where I’ve questioned myself, felt completely overwhelmed and wondered if I had anything left to give.

But there have also been SO MANY moments that have made every hard day worth it 🫶🏼🙏🏼🥂

Watching Everi grow into what it is today, seeing the team around me, the people we represent and the reputation we’ve built… I don’t think I’ll ever be able to explain how proud that makes me.

Everi became so much more than a business. It became a family 🫶🏼
