HYROX 2026 World Championships in Stockholm – Mixed Doubles 45–49

Officially 4th at the World Championships and super proud of what we put out there.

We sat between 3rd and 4th for most of the race and although we crossed the line in 5th, race adjustments moved us into 4th.

Not our fastest time or our best race, but one of the toughest. The field was stacked, the sleds were hard but we gave everything we had on the day. Sometimes you don’t get the race you hoped for — you get the race the day has in store for you.

Life in pictures : January 1-31, 2026

A month of everything — time, discovery, celebration, healing, sadness and so much love.
Long, hot days in Australia were replaced by short, cold days in Ireland, flying home to surprise Dad for his 80th and to be close to Mum after her accident.
Full hearts, old friends and moments I didn’t realise how much I needed.
A month that quietly reminded me what really matters and to begin believing again.
