Still a way to go but after a year, the gym routine is getting easier. Some days are hard... It's easy to come up with excuses.
I go to the gym almost every day (five times a week.) For me, the benefits are mental. A clearer head, a calmer disposition, increased definition in my thinking, more focus. Diminished stress, less worry and anxiety. Without it, my brain is a very very very noisy place.
I credit my alleged sanity 🤪 to the fact that I exercise. Everything else - from a stronger heart to firmer muscles to a fit body - is a welcome bonus.

Be proud of yourself for how far you've come and never stop pushing to be the best you can be.

🙈Please be kind …. It’s took massive balls to post this 💪♥️
This year has taught me to love myself, yes this is me before and after . I have lost over 100 lbs this year. I started the day after Thanksgiving 2020 …The journey hasn’t been easy , but with hard work, dedication and pure determination… I have almost reached my goal. There are days when I sat and cried, but I never gave up. I’m now walking 4 miles every day and holding myself accountable… ⭐️No excuse ⭐️…
