pov: you have a Realtor who wants to make your closing day special 💓 congrats again to my friends on buying their first home here in Phoenix!

It’s always such a pleasure being able to work with friends and I’m so grateful that they put their trust in me to take care of them and guide them through this process, especially as first time home buyers!

Buying a home is an incredibly large investment for anyone, and although there’s plenty of headlines and posts out there scaring people into thinking it’s not affordable, what you don’t see is the many ways we can alleviate some of the costs of buying - from negotiating credits from the seller like I did for these clients ($15k to buy down their rate!!), down payment assistance, grants, new build home incentives, etc.

If you’d like to learn more about the process or you’re interested in having a conversation about what I can do to help you buy in our current market, send me a message! I’d love to chat 😊

Happy Closing Day!

Was so excited to put this cozy closing gift together for my clients & long-term friends 🥰

They just became first time homeowners and purchased a beautiful new build! I cannot wait to see how they make the home their own & watch them make so many wonderful memories with their family here 🫶🏼

They were able to take advantage of some incredibly helpful incentives the builder was offering - if you are curious to learn more about new build homes and the types of incentives that are offered, send me a DM! 🤗

When people say there’s nothing to do in AZ & there’s multiple lakes, rivers, hikes, etc to go explore & they are all less than an hour away 🤔

Trip to Steamboat Springs, CO 🌅

Such a beautiful town a little under 3 hours away from Denver! Experienced my first hot springs, enjoyed lots of time in nature, & had a gorgeous air bnb for my besties 30th bday 💝

Definitely worth the trip! We all had such a wonderful time exploring and spending quality time together :’)

Strawberry hot springs & hanging by the river were some of the group favorites 🏞️💛

Once Upon a Time Recap ✨

If you ever have the chance to check out a smaller, local camping music festival, you should definitely try it out 🤍

You get to meet & connect with so many people in your community and experience everything on a way more intimate level 🫶🏼

I only went for one night, but it was absolutely perfect and I had sooo much fun 💞 I went to my first @duckduckroar event last summer and they really do know how to curate something special 🦋
