More SYB Turkey magic! 🇹🇷

It’s hard to put into words how much this trip meant to me. At 2pm, I was on the phone with @mantaszvinas , and by 5pm, I was on a flight to Turkey - a country I honestly never thought I’d travel to

Two weeks later, I can’t imagine my life without the people I met and the experiences we shared

A week living aboard, sailing the Turkish Riviera, leading yoga and mindfulness. Nothing but swimmies, smiles, sunshine, salty hair, and lots of sweat☀️🌊

Officially a certified sound healer 🧘✨

I spent this weekend immersed in all things sound, energy, healing, history, and more with @namaste_with_shay

I’m leaving this training with an overflowing cup and so much excitement to continue building a life around the things I love most - movement, music, healing, and community - and to share this practice with others
