10-4 Good Buddy! The past 23 years with Tao have been the best in my life 🩷 We’ve had our ups and downs and chaos and calm and everything in between. We make a great team and I’m looking forward to the next 23+ with him. Happy Anniversary to us 🩷 (sorry for the looping music…that’s what we walked down the isle to and it will only let me play a short segment 😬) by @nikkistadler

Holy 💩! This one was a doozy! Not for any one reason-maybe just a lot of little ones. A fallen through escrow 5 days before we were supposed to close, some lender delays, a shifting market and some crazy humans 🤪

But, thankfully the Seller and I worked as a team to get this to the finish line, along with a great agent on the other side (@johnny_rodriguez.realtor), a great TC (@elkeshaldorsonsellschico) and a trusted escrow officer (Tosha) ❤️

Humans…we are funny people, and we’re usually the reason there’s never a dull moment in Real Estate.

Thank you Sil for calling me last year, trusting me, and working with me to get your home sold. Now, let’s get you back to Chico where you belong 💜 by @nikkistadler

Sometimes escrows don't work out...but that just means it is meant for someone else! Could that be you?? Enjoy this great video and DM me if you have any questions! by @nikkistadler

Some homes just feel good the moment you arrive, and this one is exactly that. ✨

Tucked away in a peaceful setting while still just minutes from shopping, restaurants, coffee, and quick access to Highways 99 & 20, this property offers the best of both worlds. Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and both a living room + family room centered around a cozy fireplace. The beautifully updated kitchen features butcher block countertops and fresh paint, adding warmth and charm throughout.

Step outside and you’ll discover your own private retreat 🌿A park-like backyard with mature trees, a covered patio, sparkling pool, and even a charming she-shed perfect for yoga, reading, or a quiet escape.

The flexible layout also includes:
🏡 Private bed & bath ideal for guests or multigenerational living
💻 Bonus space off the garage perfect for a home office, hobby room, or pet area
🧺 Indoor laundry
🌳 Large lot with room to relax and entertain

This home offers comfort, versatility, and the kind of lifestyle that’s hard to find. Contact me for more info! taken in Yuba City, California by @nikkistadler
