I’m in the New York Times!!! 🤩 My wonderful clients were featured in the Thanksgiving edition of ā€œThe Huntā€ column, and the Times reached out to yours truly for a few comments on their search. They even gave my First Time Buyer Bootcamp a shoutout! šŸ˜ā¤ļø It has been a career dream of mine to be featured in this article. So to have this happen to close out 2024 - given how difficult of a year this has been for me - is really something special. I feel so grateful that my clients thought so highly of me that they wanted to share their story of working with me. šŸ™šŸ¾ā¤ļø There’s a gift link to the article for you in my link in bio so go check it out! taken in Brooklyn, New York by @nikkitnyc

FALL IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!!šŸšŸ‚šŸŽƒšŸ§„

While I’m definitely sad that summer is done, the change to crisper weather has definitely lifted my spirits. Fall is actually my favorite season in NYC. And for good reason. Fall fashion. Halloween stoops. Cozy clothes and blankets. Cozy drinks and comforting, delicious food in wonderful places. All surrounded by some of the most iconic scenery in the world. The city is in top form year round, but fall is truly one of her BEST. 🤩 Looking forward to seeing what the season brings!

What are you most eager to do in NYC now that fall is here? Tell me what you’re getting out and about to do. I might wanna draw some inspiration from some of your ideas! taken in New York, New York by @nikkitnyc

Let’s take a look at an exquisite pre-war home in Murray Hill listed by my colleague Ned Hudson at Corcoran (@ned_hudsonnyc).

And when I say pre-war, I mean almost before the Civil War. But don’t worry - all the essential stuff is quite up to date in the best possible way!

Listing details:
23 East 37th 4F/R
Asking: $2,295,000

DM me for more listing info or if you’d like to check it out :)

Corrections: This particular building was constructed in 1862. The building across the street was J.P. Morgan Jr.’s house — J.P. Morgan bought it for his son around 1905 (nice of him) from the Phelps family, who built it around 1853. J.P. Morgan would later demolish two other buildings just like it on the same block to build his home and his namesake library in the early 1900s. taken in Murray Hill by @nikkitnyc
