2016 I flew @am.alwayz out to come on tour with me in South America. We start the drop for this song but then forget about it for another 2 years.

2018 (April) I flew AM and his creative team out to Greece to run a production/songwriting camp for my music. AM reminds me about this drop and gets PDub to help me complete the rest of the production alongside @bretbeats and the team. We get dozens of vocal takes and variations of writing. AM/ @pdubcookin leave Greece song is still not complete.

2018 (Summer) 22 mixing sessions, 65 calls, 175 notes on Basecamp later - we finally have a version of the mix we’re happy with.

2018 (September) I convince @ncs to sign and distribute the single

2018 (October) The song is released on all platforms

2019 - Performed at VMAs in Greece. Biggest award ceremony in my country.

2023 - 5 years later this song is still impacting and changing people’s lives

15.5 million streams on Spotify
13 million plays on YouTube
Used in 300,000 videos across YouTube
Over 1 billion streams across all platforms

Forever grateful to my mentor AM for all the support and knowledge he’s given me over the years and to @zamsham for listening to my music. Appreciate and grateful to everyone on this journey. I’m proud to be part of the AMAG family. taken in Miami, Florida by @nikko.amag
