Vulkaner, hav og ekte håndverksvin på Hagemessa!🍇

Gjør deg klar for et inspirerende foredrag når sommelier Niklas «Nikken» Kleppe (TempoTempo) besøker Tromsø.

Nikken brenner for ren, ærlig og bærekraftig vin laget slik man gjorde før moderne kjemikalier og snarveier tok over.

Under temaene Vin & Vulkan og Vin til fisk og skalldyr smaker vi tre unike viner fra Sicilia, Salina og Tenerife, og utforsker hvordan vulkansk jordsmonn og ren druemost skaper fantastiske matviner.

Tempo Tempo har gjestespill på Hagefestn!

Vi fortsetter tradisjonen med gjestespill under Hagefestn, og i år får vi besøk av Tempo Tempo fra Bergen🤩

Tempo Tempo åpnet dørene i Bergen i 2021 og har på kort tid etablert seg som et av byens mest anerkjente spisesteder og vinbarer🍷

De beskriver seg selv som en vinbar med kjøkken, der sesongens råvarer står i sentrum. Menyen kombinerer lokale ingredienser med nøye utvalgte smaker fra resten av verden, og serveres sammen med en vinliste med fokus på bærekraftig produksjon og lavintervensjonsviner.

Under Hagefestn tar Tempo Tempo med seg sitt særegne uttrykk til Hildr – en unik mulighet til å oppleve en av Bergens mest spennende restaurantopplevelser i Tromsø.

Du finner dem i hagen gjennom festivalen, hvor de serverer mat, og på lørdag blir de også med på Hagemessa🙂‍↕️

🔥FEW TICKETS LEFT FOR THE WINE TASTING🔥

Tickets are running low for the wine tastings with Kristian ‘Gaahl’ Espedal and sommelier Niklas Kleppe! We’re doing two wine tastings again this year, but earlier in the week and on a new location.

Place: @tempotempo_bar
Day: Thursday, 30.07
Sessions: 12:00 - 13:30 | 14:00 - 15:30

About the wine tasting:
As some of you might already know and have experienced the previous years, Gaahl is not only passionate about music and art, he also has an interest in wine and has taken part in both producing and designing wines himself with great success. Together with the excellent sommelier Niklas Kleppe, he will be hosting a wine tasting session specially for Beyond the Gates (for the 4th year in a row!). This year, it will be at Bergens top natural wine spot, TempoTempo, and they have picked five different wines for a unique wine tasting. Gaahl and Niklas will present and pour the wines, and be available for questions.

🔥WINE TASTING WITH GAAHL AND NIKLAS🔥

Tickets are up now for the Wine Tasting with Kristian ‘Gaahl’ Espedal and Niklas Kleppe!

As some of you might already know and have experienced the previous years, Gaahl is not only passionate about music and art, he also has an interest in wine and has taken part in both producing and designing wines himself with great success.

As last year, he will be hosting a wine tasting session specially for Beyond the Gates together with the excellent sommelier Niklas Kleppe. This year it will be at Bergens top natural wine spot, Tempo Tempo , and they have picked five different wines for a unique wine tasting.

Gaahl and Niklas will present the wines at Tempo Tempo in two sessions on Thursday, 30.07: the first from 12:00 to 13:30, and the second from 14:00 to 15:30.

These eventes usually sell out qickly, so get these now if it’s something you want to experience. Ticket links in stories 🔥

Fra og med 1 august så har vi gleden av å ønske @niklaskleppe tilbake som restaurantsjef på tempo! Han var med for 4 år siden og startet det vi nå kjenner som Tempo Tempo sammen med @nibor93, og nå etter å ha blitt tobarnsfar er han klar til å komme tilbake og fortsette det han engang startet!

Vi ønsker også avgående restaurantsjef @fridabergheim lykke til i mammapermisjon og veien videre som mor ❤️ taken in TempoTempo by @niklaskleppe
