From “Worst MC Ever” to Top Host? Stranger things have happened. 😂🎤

Whether you know me from Shorebirds games, behind the bar, or somewhere along the way, I’m asking for a little help.

I’m competing in Top Host, and I’d love your vote. I’ve spent years talking with people, hearing their stories, and making them laugh. I want to see how far I can take that—and this is my shot.

👇 Vote for Nicholas McGowan here. Yes, Nicholas. We’re being official. https://tophost.org/2026/nicholas-mcgowan

They said something about 4000 kids at the game this morning. I may need another cup of coffee. taken in Arthur W. Perdue Stadium by @nikmcgwn

35 years ago my father died of cancer. My dad and I didn't have the easiest run—alcohol and silence defined a lot of our time. Losing him at 22 meant I had to find my own way, often the hard way. I still wonder what things would look like if he’d been around to help guide me, but I hope he’s watching now, seeing the progress I’ve made and maybe getting a laugh or two out of my jokes. Miss you dad. by @nikmcgwn
